      Very easy process from the sales to the install. Old fence was removed and new fence installed all in one day. **************** has been very quick to communicate and respond. The fence looks great.

      Damage was done to my inground sprinkler system even though they were marked with red flags. The cost was $225.00 to repair the damage. I spoke to ******, sent the damage repair cost and evidence of damage to ******. I was told the check was in the mail. Well weeks later, still no check, and no answer as to why from ******. Also I had to call them back to install a gate device to hold it open as they forgot to install it. The fence is great, their customer service *****.

      I decided to put up a privacy fence across the back of my property. A very nice salesman came out, we talked, he measured, we made a deal. It took approximately 1 1/2 months to have it installed. It's summer, so understandable. There were problems with installation and communication. Fence was too short and there was an issue with being able to work around a chain link gate. Had to come out 2 additional times to finally get it right. Communication was sketchy at times. Even with bumps in the road, they made it right. I am very appreciative. 4 stars instead of 5 because the fence was too short during initial installation.

      We are very pleased with our new deck! Revamp was professional and knowledgeable from our first consultation through the installation. The product is as wonderful as promised. It has a beautiful wood look to it, isn't slippery when wet nor does it get too hot in the sun. We would highly recommend Revamp.

      **** came out to measure and give an estimate for a backyard fence. He was timely in his arrival. He was easy to talk to about what we wanted and the pros and cons of available options. He was professional, yet friendly. Was a great experience!
