1 starTo all,Not happy with ***. Failed to advise of $500 restock fee. My contractor met with the sales *** and said everything was ready. *** arrived to install and says furniture was present. Claimed its in the lengthy contract. (My contract met with you - crickets) Several others have complained of similar experiences. ADVISING ALL TO PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH TRS.CHECK PREVIOUS CUSTOMER REVIEWS TO VERIFY MY CLAIMS!!!!HERE IS ONE POSSIBLE ISSUE:The ***resentatives at TSR Concrete Coatings are primarily compensated based on commissions from sales. The company typically offers:Weekly commissions on sales.Monthly sales bonuses, rewarding performance.Appointments are pre-set, reducing the need for cold calling, although self-generated sales may also earn additional compensation.This commission-based structure incentivizes performance.AGAIN READ THE PREVIOUS 1 STAR REVIEWS.THIS IS THERE SILENT MONEY MAKER!!**** ******

***** it's actually not a "money-maker" at all. In fact it is very inconvenient when a customer does not have their project space ready to install. Not only did I have to pay the crew to show up 1 time to this project because you were not ready and did not have your furnishings moved I had to pay them twice. We have it in our contract that if the project is not able to be completed it is a $500 fee to come back because it's twice the labor charge. Situations like this also create scheduling issues as we generally run a really tight calendar.Yes, we pay our representatives a salary and compensate them for excelling in their roles. How we pay our representatives has nothing to do with the work area not being cleared and available for our team to be able to perform their jobs effectively. Despite all of this we did not even charge you the $500 and came back at no cost to complete the project. I have pictures of the space being filled with clutter as well the mentions in our contract on page 1, 3 & 4 if needed.Review fromKullin H

5 starsThe coatings look phenomenal and the best part is they can fix all the cracks and salt pitting before it gets any worse! If you wait to long you'll need new concrete all together!TSR Concrete Coatings, LLC
