5 starsExcellent. Straight up front with all details and accurate information and no quibble about the warranty. I believe it is worth the investment. The cost is reasonable to me for what is described in the process. **** was authentic with NO high pressure sales tactics. I know exactly I am getting for the money.Review fromDennis K

3 starsMy garage fl. done on 4/15/2025. At the end of the process and they were getting ready to leave it started heavily raining. My garage door was closed to about 8 inches from the floor. It rained for the next few days. I started to notice the area that was subjected to the rain had pitted. I called them on 4/24/25 and left a message stating my concern. On 5/5/2025 They came out, looked at the problem. They said they would be back on 5/8/2025. 5/8/25 approached I get a call from the technician stating he ran out of the clear coat and they would have to reschedule. 5/12/25 comes along, I called them, they said someone would be out on Friday 5/16/25 to fix the problem. 5/16/25 technician comes, the technician thought he was here to do the whole floor. I explained what they told me they were supposed to do. The technician stated that he disagreed with how they wanted to fix it. He called into his superior. He did not fix anything. He said they will be reaching out to reschedule. On 5/20/25 I got a call to reschedule my floor on 5/29. 5/29 they come back. Again everything was moved out of my garage. They started and their machine broke. They leave and said theyll be back the next day. No show. 5/30 I called them the girl said oh didnt you get that fixed already? So I explained my frustration to her. I got a call at 3:30 from a technician saying he would be there in 25 min. He did scrub and recoat the floor. He did a good job but there was still about a 5 pitted clump of top coat. At this point Im done. Im not taking my garage content out again. Everything sat in the rain. I covered things up but the wind blew half off and still got wet.This company has the worst communication ever! Each time someone came here they did not know the problem. I paid almost $5000. I would definitely say customer service is most important! It is not important to them. I am not a picky person at all, I am sick of dealing with all them. They should be ashame! ****** *. 3 starsWorkmanship was fine, but weather delays seriously delayed installation over 3 weeks. I had 2 weather delays and the company kept putting the completion date a week out each time and deprioritized completion. You would have thought that completion the next good day would have been priority, but of course not. I had to reschedule other contractors during a remodel and that delayed my remodel project out and the contractors went on to other jobs because of the delay. Because of all this, I felt my project was no longer a priority to this company. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience as a good will gesture but as usual, they hide behind their POLICY and the customer is not even a consideration. I felt it was poorly handled. I was there for the final coating and they had their installer sit on the job until he was paid in full on the spot. Only phone calls ever returned denied any possible resolution. If you use this company, make sure you understand their deprioritization of your job if weather delays occur. Also their customer service is non responsive during and after the job. I felt this was not fairly handled compared to what other customers might experience.Review fromMarianne G

4 starsThey did a beautiful job doing our garage floor and patio. Then this winter we noticed a small crack in the patio. We called the company and was told the contractor we had wasnt working there anymore. Then we talked to someone at a Home Show who was going to send someone out to check it but no one came.
