    My name is ******* ****** my phone number is (773)*********'m a truck driver and on 1-28-2025 at 2:30 pm I went to make a delivery at international transload logistics *********************************** ************ and I went to the vending machine that was on this facility I purchased 1 bag of chips that's cost $1.25 I paid with my debit card but the vending machine charged my card $45.00 the vending machine malfunction I took the information on the vending machine and made contact with *** she ask me for my debit card number to file for reimbursement but she just gave me the run around every time I called her she said she will take care of it but until today i haven't received my funds .. the vending machine is register under (local vending service inc. Located at 1051. ************************************* phone number ************** I gave *** my debit info so she can refund me but she hasn't fulfilled her promised.. I work very hard for my money and it's not fair that I'm living pay check to pay check and they refused to comply .. thank you .

    First of all, when a selection is made the price is displayed how much the item is. You can stop the selection when you see how much the item is before you even swipe a credit card. The machine malfunctioned and was fixed within 4 hours of when we found out about the price jump.  We also offered to give ******* the cash back to him less the cost of bag of chips that same day but he got the chips but he refused that.  We got the credit card processing companies information that day and sent to him to fill out for his refund and he wouldn't fill it out the refund form to go back on his card so we filled the form out for *******.  The responses from the processing company all went to his email only to tell him the $43.75 was reversed to his card and when.  The information came to his email and not to us.  The credit card processing company takes 2-3 days on their end to see the charge and will reverse it at the time. We do not handle the credit card processing company.  The representative from the company was notified of it immediately and got the information for us to get the refund and this was all given to ******* who was suppose to fill out the refund information himself.  We have done everything to refund the money to *******.  The credit card processing is a nationwide processing company.  And as far as we know the money was put back on the credit card.

    I am rejecting this response because: Local vending service not taking responsibility of their equipment. it malfunction when I made the purchase it. said $1.25 but that no good machine charge me $45. I contact *** at that facility. I told her that I was having problems with my phone in order for me to fill out the reimbursement. she said that everything went to my email. I didn't receive anything. All I want is my refund. please send me the reimbursement form to my email again and I will fill it out. *** from local vending service said she will fill it out for me. I'm a truck driver and I go to a lot of places were they have those vending machines for local vending I will let them know about my experience. Thank you again.
