- If you find any fault in printing of your product or the product is not printed according to your specifications, you need to inform the company with 3 working days after receiving your order. In case of the faulty printing or not specified printing we reprint your original order but don't refund the money. Defect checking is done by the management team. The customers need to send the defective product's digital photos to the company using their own expenditure within 7 business days in order to receive the reprint of your product. Accelerated orders have charges which are non refundable.
