    UPS delivered my package to the wrong address. I attempted to contact UPS several times and was unable to bypass their automated system. I tried to file a claim and they would not allow me to proceed. The "proof of delivery photo" is not even my residence. The item was deliberately delivered to the wrong address. I live in a white house with a green door. Per their delivery photo, they delivered this package to a brick house.

    I ordered a package containing protein drinks. I tracked the package and it said that it was delivered at 5:02pm, but I never received a package. I attempted to contact ups, as well as Amazon in attempt to find the package, but I'm only getting a computer, which is unhelpful, and I'm told I don't meet the requirements to speak with a representative. I'm so confused and upset. Please help me.. Thank you.

    On Wed, Apr 19 at 2:06 PM I ********************************* has received an email that my package is ready for pick up at ******************** located at *********************************************************. Here is problem UPS driver has not been followed. He is only allowed to drop off any packages unless he or she trying to attempt 3 times and leave a note of each try to delivery. I was home all day and no body nor I have not seen UPS truck around my address nowhere near. So long statement short. I have seen 3 days back UPS truck on ******* st the same street I live on, but not Today to even trying delivery to my address. I feel that the UPS driver is playing game and changed my delivery pick up, therefor I feel that I was discriminated and I am gonna file a law suite against UPS company. It has been going on for the last 4 deliveries I had, so I am sick and tired of whatever UPS driver is plying games with. I have not changed the delivery address to drop off locations. Please don't call me. I am not excepting any apology, because I know it is on purpose to mess with me. I am NOT GONNA RECOMENDET UPS SERVICE TO ANYONE, ANYBODY NOR TO ANY COMPANY. I am very disappointed of UPS action against me, but that is the driver chose, nothing I can do about it. Tomorrow I am going to District court to file a civil law suite.
