    On July 10th Appx 10, a lab tech named VANESSSA from Star lab entered my home with her small grandchild to take blood work from me. Due to my compromising health challenges, this unprofessional act was CARELESS DISREGARD for my care and safety as a 86 year old. i view this as a form of ELDER ABUSE..I am restricted to my bed and my home. StarLab should be held accountable for compromising my care by bringing a guest to a clients home. I spoke with a manager at StarLab and i was simply advised" she is a contractor" . The company offered no remorse or resolution. This is the 2nd encounter with this tech, *******. The 1st was unpleasant due to her negative interaction with my caregiver. I was assured she would not return, yet she did on July 10th. Please address. .

    Hi I had a Urine culture test did in June new test e ** sec to fax to them need faxed like this message told me from rn Hello ******,If you went to Start Lab for urine culture please have them fax the result to our office, **************.Kind regards,*****,RN if can fax to that fax number I love it
