I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean Extra (Renewed Premium) through ******. On July 23, 2025, I returned the product using *********** drop-off system. ****** sent me an email that my refund will not be coming because the seller received the wrong item. I am certain that I returned the correct Dyson vacuum I originally received, in the same condition. I have surveillance footage from the *** store proving so.However, after reaching out to the seller directly, the seller claimed the returned items serial number did not match their records. They issued me a refund for $0. After researching the seller, I found multiple reviews and complaints from other customers describing the same issue. I am rejecting this response because:The business is lying. I sent back exactly what they sent me originally. They keep changing their story from different item to different serial number which is just not true. I have surveillance footage from *** of them checking that the correct item is in the box prior to shipping. This seller is taking advantage of Amazons return policy. Also, offering for me to pick up from your location is unreasonable as I live in a completely different state. They have stolen the item I paid for and refuse to return it or refund me. The seller is lying and not willing to work with me to resolve this issue.

I purchased a refurbished vacuum through ******. Within a month, the vacuum stopped working and I reached out for a return. I was then charged $200 for restocking for a $400 vacuum. I am rejecting this response because: The vacuum motor stopped working and would continuously short cycle. This was not damage by consumer, this was a faulty product that simply stopped working. I knew this was a risk going into it since this was a refurbished product. The vacuum worked fine for a couple days, then the motor stopped working. This was returned within the return window and I expect a full refund. If I returned this because I changed my mine, it would make sense to have a restocking fee. This vacuum stopped working and was not usable. I should not have to pay a restocking fee for a faulty product.I am still requesting a full refund, that includes the $200 "restocking fee" refunded to me.

The product was ordered April 17, 2025, paid $392.19 with tax. The item that was supposed to be delivered was a Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot ************ with Sonic Mopping, Matrix Clean, Home Mapping, HEPA Bagless Self Empty Base and 2 Microfiber Mopping Pads (Renewed), Black/Gold.The item arrived damaged and missing parts (no main unit) see pictures below. Immediately shipped it back they received it April 23, 2025 and commenced to tell me I did not ship everything back. I cannot ship back what I did not get and why would I keep any of it? I contacted them multiple times (have all the emails) sent pictures and they continued to accuse me of things that were not true. They refunded me the tax only ($22.21) and charged me $369.99 restocking fee (see picture). Yes they kept what I sent back which was damaged and missing parts when I got it and charged me full price of the item for restocking it. I am rejecting this response because: this does not address the missing items for the vacuum to even function. I sent pictures of the back of the box and the ring camera video of the damage. The picture they are providing is from the front. Plus charging the exact cost of the vacuum as a restocking fee ($369.99). This is the frustration they are wrongfully keeping our hard earned money just refund me the $369.99. Refund me the $369.99 and this can go away. I purchased a renewed Shark brand mop from this company on ****** for $75.76 on march 24th, and received it 3/28/2025. I used it the same day to find out that the mop motor did not work and part of it fell apart. I contacted ****** customer support who put me in contact with Good As New Electronics all on the 28th. They asked for pictures of the damaged mop, and then said the warranty does not cover physical damage even though the initial issue was a malfunctioning motor. The company sent me a defective mop and offered no resolution at all. I requested a refund and sent the mop back through *** on April 4th at 2:39 pm. The company received the *** and sent me another message claiming the mop I sent back was not the one they had sent me which is false. They also claimed they had refunded me on the ****** website, but charged a restocking fee of exactly $75.76 so I would receive none of my money back. They continued to claim that it is not the same mop they gave me, but still authorized a refund just to charge me a phony fee. After reviewing other customer ratings of the seller, they have had the same or similar experiences with Good As New Electronics charging them 50% or more, up to the entire amount of their refund as a restocking fee for items they have bought that were also broken or defective. Some have even been told to return items for an exchange, and once the item was in route, the company canceled the exchange. This company is scamming people out of their money, and selling defective or broken items claiming they are good as new as claimed in their business name. This is false advertising as well as stealing money from people who are out of a product they ordered. I am still yet to see any of my money back.Business Response

I ordered a Shark Robot Vacuum from the seller on ******. The vacuum came damaged. A piece on the mop compartment was broken and wouldn't click into the robot, making it unusable. I first attempted to receive a replacement but could only return the item for a refund. I shipped the vacuum back in its original packaging, paid $30 for shipping, and only received a $200 refund of the $380 I paid. I reached out to the seller for more information on why I only received a partial refund and they refused to give me any information. The order was originally placed on December 8th and sent back less than 30 days later. This company falsely advertised its product as "Good as New" and then proceeded to not return my money, which I intended to use to purchase a new vacuum. On top of that, couldn't even give me an explanation. I ordered a refurbished Shark air purifier from them on Amazon on May 6, 2024. I received the product on May 9, 2024. I took it out of the packaging and plugged it in to make sure it worked and it did not. I started a return and sent it back. They refunded me the taxes and then charged me with a $179.99 restocking fee. When I contacted them they stated that I sent back a different product which is not true. I sent them the broken item they sent me. They still refuse to refund me my money. I do not recommend anyone to ever buy from this company because they send you broken items and then when you send it back they refuse to give you your money back.Business Response

I purchased a shark cordless vacum from Good as New Electronics. It arrived and was used two times for 10 minutes and the battery lost its charge and the head jammed. Both times. I charged it for over 24 hours and still no charge. I tried it again and little charge, head is still jammed. Approximately one month after the purchase, my mother dies and I left my home for 5 months. The vacuum was not used. Last week I tried it again and it still did not work- I wrote a product review said what was wrong and did not even get a comment from the seller. They sold me a piece of junk- for over ******. Amazon will not accept the return because the woincdow closed. I tried to contact Good as New Electronics, but no one answers the phone or my emails. I believe this c company is Shamming its customers. I will write a very strong product review against this company on Amazon and any where else I can find if this product is not accepted as a return. So this company Good as New Electronics is a COMPLETE sham, I made the MISTAKE OF ordering a used excellent condition air fryer, and what a HUGE error on my part! First off the unit came to me missing 2 different racks and right off the bat it put a bad taste in my mouth, so I had found another air fryer that was much better that actually came with ALL the parts, imagine that, so I returned it and then I get an email from them/Amazon stating that they were deducting $44.98 from my refund because I sent it back with missing parts, that's a good laugh! I yeah and on top of that they wanted to charge me S/H to send back when I didn't even pay S/H when it was sent to me!Business Response
