    Ordered Roller shades while my new home was still being constructed on 10/19/2021 totaling $12338.75. My close date was 12/17/2021 and was told by salesperson that would not be a problem to install shortly after we moved in. I was not given any email updates per my contract and had to call repeatedly to get update on when install would take place. No response for approximately 2 weeks prior to close of home. After many text messages to sales person and account manager, I was told they were out of stock of my shade and I would need to reselect. I then reselected another comparable color and was told it would be same product by different color. Salesperson came to my home and showed me my choices after he tried to get me to choose via text photo on 12/22/21. After again repeatedly trying to get updated, I received a call from salesperson that again I would need to reselect and again wanted me to pick from a text photo and I insisted he come by on 01/21/22. He again assured me it would be the same product from my initial selection. I asked for another more experience salesperson and he came with the sample book and showed me my color choice. I also got the customer service manager involved and she called me weekly to update on status and offered a $400 credit for all the inconvenience. Roller shades were delivered to my home to be installed on 02/25/22, but the roller shades did not look like the photos or samples from 10/19/21 on 1st selection as the top Fascia was white shiny metal without end caps and bottom of shade did not have a bar at bottom. I declined to have them installed and truly felt at this point I was given a lesser product. After they checked with Manufacturer, I was told they made a mistake on bottom of shade and would correct existing shades, but Fascia would be same unless I reordered a different top which would require all new product and they want me to pay additional $3200 shipping! I just want what I first ordered-expedited or my money returned.
