      They can't do a refund, its been going on 45 days and I had to notify ****. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY ARE NOT BBB.....HMMMMMM.....JS.....

      Totally unreliable business. Ordered my Truck bed cover, arrived damaged, and have been waiting since Nov 26th till now to receive a refund and shipping return instructions. They state "No-Hassle Returns" when in fact it's all a hassle. They keep making excuses that they are waiting on the manufacturer to resolve, but I bought from them not their manufacturer.Contacted my CC Company to dispute charge, and the ********************* and Veterans Groups so they can post not to do business with this unreliable outfit.

      we understand your frustration over the delay in getting replacement rails for your truck tonneau cover. As you can imagine the manufacturer is very busy during the holiday season and unfortunately, it has an affect on their ability to ship replacement parts quickly.Your replacement rails are scheduled to ship this coming Monday on Dec. 18, 2023. You have since asked to return the entire cover and if you choose to do so you certainly may. Our ************ is currently processing your return request.

      I will never order from them again. I purchased a product that they said fit my vehicle. It did not fit, installer would not install it which is fine. Sent the product back and told them that it's the wrong part and I shouldn't have to pay the crazy 15% restocking fee and **** just argued with Mr about it. Now I'm stuck having to pay part of the cost of the product that isn't for my vehicle. Horrible customer service, horrible website design, overall horrible company. Do not buy from them.

      We are sorry the Sway Bar you purchased for your pickup truck did not work with the aftermarket lift kit you had installed on the truck.The sway bar you ordered is designed to work with lift kits, but apparently the lift kit you purchased included a provision to enable the use of your stock sway bar, making the need for the item you purchased unnecessary.After reviewing all the information, we are refunding the restock fee and return shipping cost.

      We are sorry the wrong part number was sent to you. There was a miscommunication concerning your return request because the manufacturer has a 30-day return policy and you didn't contact us for 2 months after you received the item.Your issue will be resolved and the incorrect item will be exchanged for the correct one at no additional cost to you.

      I am still trying to resolve my issue with this service. its been over 2 weeks now and the order hasn't been shipped. They don't know whether they even have the item yet, what a joke.I would stay out of business with this website and try other reliable sources like carid.com.

      I ordered three items from this company. The electrical harness and tonneau cover came in a timely manner. The base plate or flat tow came in and was missing parts. I notified the company with the missing parts. They were going to over night the missing parts this was May 4th. I never received the missing parts.I contacted the company and they said they needed photos of the package I received. I sent them and they wanted me to spray paint the parts I received and send photos. They sent me another kit still missing the same items. I was told to spray paint the parts received and they would start my refund. Here it May 25th and I still have not received my refund. Now they are saying the want the parts back. I have talked to numerous people and been told many lies on the status of my refund. I am willing to send these items back as soon as they send me a return label and I get my refund.I have never dealt with a company so difficult to deal with on a faulty item. I understand why they have a **** rating.Who ever reads this please help me get my refund. I am a disabled veteran and this refund is important to **** would give minus stars if i could.

      We are very sorry that the Tow Bar Base Plate you ordered was missing parts (both the original and the replacement).After investigation it was found that the manufacturer had an entire production run built and packaged without the 2 parts you were missing.The issue is now being corrected at the manufacturer, however you indicated you would prefer a refund rather than another replacement. A full refund for the item has been issued

      Honestly, great experience. I was nervous and skeptical at first after reading all the bad reviews, BUT they pleased me. **** for my car fit PERFECTLY. Came within 5 days. And I love them!

      Horrible service. I would not recommend this company for any purchases. I ordered floor mats for my vehicle and according to their tracking info on their site, they said they shipped them on Jan 13th. The tracker from ***** website stated only the label was created on Jan 13th. After not hearing back for almost 2 weeks and ***** still only showing the label created on the 13th, I sent a message asking for an update on Jan 23. One of the customer service people said they sent a message to the warehouse and that they would get back to me. I waited another 2 days and reached out again. This time it was a different customer service rep and they told me a message was sent to the warehouse and that I should hear back in 1-2 business days. That time already from reaching out that Monday passed but I decided to give ***** and wait until Friday to ask again. When I reached out a 3rd time, I told them that I was wanting an update and when they told me it would be another 1-2 days for an update, I told them I wanted to cancel my order and ask for a refund. The customer service rep was very rude and hostile when I asked this request. My order finally showed up on February 1st and that's when I received a messaging stating they couldn't cancel the order since it was shipped out the same day (Jan 27th) that I inquired about the status of my order. It wasn't until February 1st (3 weeks after they claimed my order shipped) that I was told the reason for the delay was that the product was on back order. Not once was this information ever given to me. The communication has been horrible. I was also told that the order was shipped out on Jan. 27th and not the 13th however their information told me it was shipped on the 13th. They lie and their customer service is horrible. I am still working to get my refund and return the product. Save yourself the time and headache and don't buy from this company.

      We are very sorry for the confusion concerning the shipment of your order. The warehouse did create a shipping label for your floor liners, only to find the inventory count was wrong and there were none on the shelf.
      Your order did ship on 1/27/23 and was delivered to you on 2/1/23.
      Since you now have 2 sets of floor liners, we are arranging the return of your original order.

      We are sorry that the initial ***** tracking number that was provided to you was incorrect.When the error was realized, we informed you your floor liners would ship on Jan 27.They did indeed ship on the 27th and the correct tracking number was provided. According to ***** your order is on the truck for delivery to you today.

      Placed an order for seat covers, one day after the ship date and my order is still being reviewed. I call and am told that the factory is 2 weeks behind. My original ship date was Jan 24/26 my new ship date is now Feb 9/10 plus 5 more days for it to arrive so Feb 14/15. We decided to cancel, well that will take **** to process and who knows when to get back into my account. To bad this happened i would loved to support Family owned ***************** I hope BBB reviews there refund policymost places are 3-5 for electronic returns.

      We are sorry your custom-made seat covers were not scheduled to arrive in the timeframe you expected.The seat covers ordered are custom-cut and sewn to order for the very best possible fit on the exact seats in each vehicle. As such they take some time to produce.Due to material and labor shortages the manufacturer is currently running about 2 weeks longer than normal to complete an order.On Friday, Jan 27 you requested your order be canceled. The order has been canceled and a full refund was issued today, Monday, Jan 30.
