    First of all I am a disabled 73 yr old women so I had my nephew take the *** to see my toilet. I needed a toilet bolted down a ***. name **** came out and quoted me $850. I gave him a deposit $100. he wrote out a receipt and gave it to me He went behind my back and told my nephew that he had to change a pipe that I had to have ***laced and it costed $3500. my nephew gave him $1500. more dollars he assured my nephew that I was old and was not able to take care of this business myself because I told him no I wasn't going to pay that price On his way out the door he told me about the deposit so I told him to come back and put on the receipt I was without a toilet for the weekend so he came Monday to complete the job and got $1000 in cash and $600 on my credit card On Tuesday my Sister was not satisfied so I call in to tell them the toilet was not screwed down tight and I after the price that we paid they told me them that the job was for $900. and that I had been scammed by their *** I ask if I could be refunded for my over charged amount and ******* told me No after I had been calling for a week trying to get in touch with their Managers Name ***** or **** After calling so much Ms. ******* told me that she was a Manager her her answer was No. so I proceeded to file police ***ort and now file this complaint Please can you help me get my over payment Thank You ******** Sallee

    This company was contracted and paid to install a check valve to prevent sewer water from flooding my basement and 3 weeks after the work was completed, we got a basement full of sewer water. The company was contacted regarding the problem and fail to come and remedy the problems. They kept telling us someone would be out and they never came and stop taking calls from us.
