Visited Fitness Factory's website as they carried the Body Solid GFT 100 cable training machine that I wanted. I live in VA and their business is in IL. Always risky to consider an expensive purchase off a website and not go directly into the showroom of the business and see the product and make sure the company is legit. So, I called them first and spoke with ****. He was extremely helpful , very knowledgeable, and quoted an outstanding price (even a little better than listed on the internet) and made me feel comfortable throughout the purchase process which included financing. He also added in two accessories that he did not charge me for which was really appreciated. The cable machine was shipped brand new in box from ********** to IL and then to VA, so that took a little bit of time but all things considered was reasonable in shipping time. The delivery contained all the correct parts for the unit and I installed it in approximately 4 hours. I highly recommend purchasing from Fitness Factory online and even calling **** directly if that would make you more comfortable.Review from Rey Anthony S

**** was very helpful when I was purchasing a Body solid machine EXCEPT to help me see that light commercial warranty was specifically for hotels, apartments, etc. the warranty on this website is different than the warranty he sent when I asked about it.they sent it and hired someone to assemble. He assembled it incorrectly. I have had it adjusted and worked on 3 different times. the cable has come out on a client, the guide rod has come up and out on a client and the plates are disintegrating with each use, there is a small pile of black debris on the floor daily. I ordered the Body-Solid Cable Crossover GDCC250 i will not purchase from fitness factory again. R D NC
