    On 12/14/24 I had a PRIVATE party for my son at this facility, let me start by stating the owner was very rude, as a several of the other reviews state!
    Cons-
    I rented out the space from 4:30-7:30pm, and I was originally told I had 30 minutes to setup, 4:00pm should have been my start time, I was running behind so I didn’t make it to the facility until around 4:15pm and I was okay with now having less time to setup. Only to arrive at 4:15pm and it’s an entire party still going on, kids still on rides, still playing in the ball pit, the place was dirty and had a pungent odor.

    I asked for the owner to give me a call and she did, immediately but also very rude! Today I was told “we give a courtesy 15 minutes to setup a party” as I explained to her if that is the case I’m not even getting the courtesy because there’s people still here playing……she told me this is NOT a GUARANTEED courtesy only if it’s available. From here I was upset and just disconnected the call because this is not what she initially told me. Fast forward to the party, the young adults covering the shift had bad attitudes and were not at all kid friendly! I had about 10 adult party goers tell me the staff was not at all friendly and how they failed to greet them upon arrival but we ignored that too and continued on with our party.

    As per our contract, we did not receive birthday decorations, the iPad to the private Photo Booth battery died during the first 10 minutes of the party and once it did power back on the staff took an additional 20 minutes to come in to enter the code to so we could continue using the Photo Booth, and lastly my son did not receive his complimentary birthday gift from Zahras Playland as I was told he would.

    Pros- I will say Zahras Playland kept my 2 year old son busy for 3 hours, he had a ball, this place is great for toddlers BUT dealing with attitudes and dishonesty from the owner are not worth the money paid for a party!
