May 11,2022 went to pick up my sunglasses that I dropped off two weeks ago to get the arms fixed and I finally give her a call cuz it was a long time and she said they've been ready and no one even called me to let me know so then I go by there to pick them up and she showed them to me and they were still kind of floppy and I just let it go and I paid the money while anyway I left out of there and I went to put them on and there was a huge deep scratch on my lens called her right away and she automatically started denying the scratch and I told her that there's a big scratch on it and she wanted to argue and told me to bring them back so I did and she looked at them and she said she did not do it and and she refuses to pay to get them repaired and she says she's not taking responsibility of them and they were not cheap sunglasses it looks like she accidentally hit them with a screwdriver cuz it's pretty deep and I feel like she needs to buy me a whole new pair of sunglasses and that is wrong of her to treat me like that and I would never suggest going to this place to anyone after the way she acted it's very unprofessional and all I want is my money back and a new pair of sunglasses
