5 starsThis is my third time doing business with them, and each time service was Superior. From the salesman to the installers, their professionalism goes well beyond the call of duty. In the past I've done business with other vendors, but Evergreen is the best. I highly recommend them. In my opinion this company should have a BBB A+++++ rating.

5 starsI used Evergreen Door & Window in 1999 and I am happy to have used them again. The installation of my 18 windows went so well and completed in one day. The installers were very polite and professional and left the area very clean. Also I would like to thank ****** for all his help on my requests and how he made time to come to the house the day of the installation to see if everything was going well. That action to me was very important because I felt he made sure I was a satisfied customer and not just another sale.Evergreen Door & Window

5 starsWe had replaced all of our windows and front doors with Evergreen Door and Window in the past and received awesome service. So when we were ready to replace our back doors we definitely knew it would be with them again because of that excellent service we received. They certainly did not disappoint. The process was seamless from our initial visit to the showroom to the measuring and finally to installing the doors.All our questions and concerns were answered honestly and professionally. We could not have been more pleased with the end results.We have always recommended people to Evergreen Door and Window and will continue to do so. 1 starI purchased four doors three security storm doors and one inner door my front security storm door lock does not work it's been acting up since they installed the doors last year they have came out and said I had the wrong key that's not the case the lock that they put on is no good period for my front storm door, evergreen is responsible for the lock because they had it installed in the doorEvergreen Door & Window

Hello ******,As we have mentioned a few times both on the phone and in person, the issue is actually the keys you had made after our installation by a third party locksmith. These were not cut properly so they don't fit into the lock, but the original keys do still work properly. Since our goal is always a satisfied customer, we have agreed, at our expense, to have the locks rekeyed and will supply you with new keys.Thanks,EvergreenEvergreen Door & Window
