My review is for playboy.com. I needed to change my order and the only form of customer service was to email them on their site. I emailed them the same day i placed my order. I selected the drop down for change my order and emailed them, several days later they shipped out the incorrect size and apparently never looked at my email and never responded. I emailed them multiple times including when I received the email that my order shipped. They never got back to me. I found an email address on ****** and sent an email to them, this kicked back an email to me that actually had a contact phone number which could not be found on the website or on ******. I called them and the woman I spoke with talked over me and was rude. Also, I could not select to return on their website because it was grayed out and said final sale. Absolutely no where while purchasing do they tell you it's final sale! When I told the customer service lady this she said it's in their return policy and that people should be looking at a return policy before ordering! As if people normally do that! They are very shady and I never expected this from Playboy. Never again will I order from them. Apparently anything on sale for any amount off is non returnable, and they don't have to notify you of that during the order process, and forget reaching anyone by email on their website. She did state I can put refused on the item when delivered and bring it to my post office but that it would take multiple weeks to see any kind of refund. 0 stars if I could!
