      Dealing with this company has been subpar had to have many of the kits replaced due to being defective. Delivered to the wrong address multiple times, or went missing, boxes arriving being opened until they stopped using the shipping label to keep the box sealed. And until recently where some defective parts needed to be replaced to finish the model for whatever reason it has now been since February of ******************************************************************* limbo and have yet to ship, they are just sitting in the account page as preparing to ship, at first they used the excuse as they were out of stock. But eventually it came out as an internal glitch but after 6 months how is nothing getting fixed? All they ever say is it is being escalated to a higher department. This sounds like dealing with a company from ***** that is actually just there to scam you. Aside from this, this company should definitely be looked into for deceptive marking practices because they make it difficult to understand the final end price on many of not all of their model kits, and you are forced to only pick one of a few methods of getting these things

      Fanhome has charged me for a box for the r2d2 build which I paid for and a part is missing #** and fanhome has failed to fix the situation. I get the same repeated response that my issue has been sent to a team for review. Fanhome has taken my money and failed to deliver what I've paid for. Sent for review? What is to review as the part wasn't in the box. A build of $1400 with a missing part that only fanhome can supply is worthless. This practice is currently only for USA customers that any problems is sent to a team for a "review " which has not resolved my issue.

      First, if I could give them a negative star rating I would. I have and had several subscription models with Fanhome and had numerous delays in shipments and missing packs. I have opened service requests for each one and get the same canned response asking me for patience. Two years of terrible service is more than enough patience. Once I have completed (if they will ship the packs) I will not purchase another thing from this company. If I didnt have so much money invested in the models I am working on, I would cancel them. I do not recommend anyone purchase from them

      The entire company and its model is flawed. Over and over month after month they promise they will get their warehouse issues fixed and they never do. I have received so many misleading or inaccurate emails over the months it stuns me to no end. To use such a highly regarded enterprise such as Star Wars and to sully it so badly is beyond my comprehension. If ****** has sanctioned them to offer this R2-D2 build they should be ashamed of the massive fraud they are committing. My monthly delivers have not occurred since January of 2025 and I signed up in September of 2024. They should not be allowed to operate.

      Between their inability to put out a product on time, to their inability to deliver the free gifts with their subscriptions, to their shipper OSM world wide not delivering in a timely manner. Fanhome takes all the joy out of what should be an enjoyable experience. I have contacted them multiple times and recieve the same non answers concerning my issues. I would not recommend them based off of their lack of customer service.

      I've been waiting for over 3 weeks for tracking update on my second shipment, which was supposed to arrive over 2 weeks ago.They've since billed me for my third shipment, right after I asked them to wait until I get my second shipment.Every time I ask about my second shipment they keep telling me they are looking into it/ they will send it out as soon as they can. which they never do.Stay far away from this company, they will take your money and leave you with nothing!

      Canceled my subscriptions after they started doing the same thing not shipping them. Canceled on November 15th and on December 2nd they took out $116 from my bank account. They keep telling me they can't refund until the item "ships". Will I actually ever see that refund? Time will tell but I would stay far away from Fanhome! The kits are kinda cheap also not really worth how.much you end up paying.

      I have been waiting 7 months for parts to be back in stock and Im tired of hearing we will give your opinions to the team. Nothing has been fixed in 7 months, they changed shipping partner from ***** to a third party shipping partner and charge the same and it takes forever to get your shipments. I would not recommend Fanhome to anyone and stay far away from them

      Fraudulent Business ********************* collected payment for my 4th package, but after 3 months, never shipped it. There were no updates and when contacting customer service, I constantly got told they were escalating the issue. No follow up was ever made. After I cancelled the membership, they refused to refund the undelivered charges.Stay away from this company at all costs.
