    Management is unprofessional and rude. Wont honor jiffy lube coupons dont bother bringing business to this location as its independently owned.

    I have always done my own service. Now that I drove a company car, this is how its done. My Expy was quick and pleasant. They took care of everything and were very attentive. Great first time!

    I only clicked 1 star because giving 0 stars was not an option. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE- ESPECIALLY A LUXURY VEHICLE. I went to the Jiffy Lube in Elmhurst on York Road with a perfectly working 2021 Mercedes Benz. I left with an over oiled car that began heavily smoking the second I started to pull out of the Jiffy Lube. I barely made it across the street having to pull over. You could hardly see my car there was so much smoke. Their employees were running across the street to my car and would not even turn it back on due to the high levels of white smoke coming out of my exhaust. All 5 of them then began to push my vehicle across North Avenue back into the Jiffy Lube. After of hours of them trying to evaluate what they did wrong (car was still smoking) we had the car towed to Mercedes Benz dealership. The manager Edgar wrote up a statement clearly stating that smoke began after their services and ensured us they would pay for all damages. Well, Mercedes ensured us that the car was over oiled and further diagnostic tests were going to be needed to ensure my safety moving forward is not jeopardized at the cost of Jiffy Lube Elmhurst. Now their owner, JEN is refusing to pay for their damages until further investigation is done??? Thousands of dollars worth of damage and her own employees having stated their mistakes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

    Been to different jiffy lube , first time to ******** branch, it was a good experience coz everyone was so helpful and they. Were fast polite! I live in ******* but given the chance I wont have the second thought of going there to have my car serviced! Great team work keep. It up!

    I had a very nice experience on 8/23/24. I have a ****** Rav4 and went to my dealership first but I didn't make an appt. I then came to Jiffy lube on *******. In ********. **** was my main contact, but everyone seemed nice and helpful. **** was respectful and to the point. I purchased lights by my license plate and an oil change. **** did not pressure me to get other "stuff". I have only left a few reviews for things but I thought this was worth the time. Thank you,****** *.
