      The employees of this Gerber on ********************* are incompetents. liars and thieves . I am very disappointed. I took my Acura MDX there after I was victim of hit and run, to be fix on behalf of ALLSTATE insurance, but *********************** and company was unable to do right thing by repairing my car . I think before doing anything on customer car you should explain to the customer what to expect after the job is done, they never say nothing to me even when I call to inquire some information I am cut short. I believe To received the ******** TRAITMENT by not giving me the proper attention and explanation how the whole process will be and what to expect. I will hardly appreciate if I can get an independent expert to take look at my car and eventually take care of my car the way it should be .Alpha ****** Thank you

      Bad service, they lied to the customers my car was in the body shop for more than two months and they never give me weekly updates. At the end my car was total loss and I lost my time, my rental expired and they could tell me that since the beginning. Horrible customer service. Dont recommend this place to anyone

      This is my second review. Gerber collision in ****** ** repair my car on which they did an excellent job. My car now is having struts and shocks problems. I spoke with the manager and she informed me that they didnt inspect the suspension and will contact the insurance company to let them know so I can return my car. I finally called the insurance company and was told that the manager said that they did and forward her pictures. *** been leaving messages to the manager and she still hasnt responded. I was also told by the receptionist that she was caught in the middle and was leaving the messages. Something is just not right. Not very good customer service regarding the manager. Looks like shes hiding something. VERY UNETHICAL

      This is my second review. In October I had a car accident, my car was repaired, getting to that point was a nightmare. Of course I had to take it back due to a lose part that wasn't put on correctly. But the reason for my new review is the fact that my car has been repaired since December 1, 2023 and to this day (02/14/2024) the insurance has not received the invoice therefore can't close out my file with the diminshed value claim. Multiple calls with ****** the worst customer service rep I have ever experienced were made by me as well as by the insurance company. Promises that this will be handled the same day were made but nothing happened. On 2/12/2024 I called customer service at corporate and was promised a call from the General Manager of the store within 24 hours. Nothing happened. Another call was made to the shop by insurance today, another promise was made. I strongly recommend not using this shop if you value your time!

      Excellent work provided by *** at the Pecan location in ************, **. He was prompt and professional when I dropped off my camaro and was prompt and professional when I picked it up.The car was exactly as described and was in excellent and clean condition when i Picked it up. *** is an excellent professional. I will come back to this location as soon as I have another need.

      A lot of these positive reviews are paid for. In my experience, none are deserved. I hired Gerber to repair my vehicle. Scheduling during work hours is a huge hassle, which Gerber made ten times worse by repeatedly canceling our appointments, claiming they had a man power shortage. I know for a fact that this was not true, and that the issue was parts. I arrived at Gerber this morning. It appears they expected me to show up like a normal customer with a smile on my face even though they already screwed this up so bad. While I was talking to the receptionist, she interrupted our conversation to have a conversation with one of her co workers while I just stood there. So, I sat down. When the receptionist was done with her private conversation, she started reviewing a contract with me. i told her that I understood the contract. She insisted that I read it. I signed the contract but apparently I did not spend enough time reading it, so she went and got her manager. I have never had a customer service person refuse to help me because I refused to thoroughly review a document (or would not let her read it to me). I have worked with these documents for years, and I don't need a receptionist to explain its terms to me when she is not qualified to interpret an agreement to begin with. Her demeanor and her actions were patronizing and insulting, and it was ridiculous to insist that I read anything before providing service. This is arrogant incompetence, but I am sure her manager did nothing.The manager at least tried to provide customer service but he couldn't help himself. He was patronizing, repeatedly interrupted and did not listen to a word I said. Of course, his records were incomplete, so he wanted me to stay and help him sort through their mistakes to figure out what happened. I left, and told him that his company needed to get its s*** together. He gave me a plastic smile and said "have a nice day." Do not do business with this company.

      LIARS. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE.I took my car to the Albertville location on Dec 27th. The guy at the front said they could get it done by the end of January. I left my car there. Got a call a week later telling me that I could drop off my car on Feb 2nd to be worked on. THEY ALREADY HAD THE **** I said what happened to January and they said we fired the other guy and now it would be until late February. I went in person and spoke to the ** (******) and he said he would make it right. The next day the girl (********) at the front called and said they made a mistake and they couldn't get to it until mid-February. I said what happened and she replied things change and I didn't need to get it fixed here if I didnt want. The ** didnt even have the guts to call me himself? He sends his rude front desk girl? GERBER is ruining their reputation in a small town area. The former local owner who sold out would have done anything to make it right. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

      ******, ** - They damaged my wife's vehicle (truck) beyond what we brought it in for, and then talked down to her like she was just another dumb female that doesn't know about cars.****** did ***** know... I recorded that conversation remotely, with my wife's consent. I knew he would deny it! My wife works at a law office, changes her own oil, brakes, and does a lot more than I even know how to do.So now, they deny creating extra damage from their haphazard work ethic, but they also deny that a conversation never happened, which unfortunately for him, was recorded.I'm so happy my insurance company just pulled back and is allowing a second company to fix their damage... This was ridiculous, but it confirms all of the other reviews I've seen here.A fish rots from the head - this issue starts at the top.

      ******* ** location. I worked with my insurance company to ensure that they would cover a full replacement quarter panel instead of opting for a bang out repair. ****************** conferenced Gerber into the call to bring them up to speed on this aspect. Gerber was resistant to providing our insurance company an estimate for a replacement instead of a bang out. We followed up a few days later and Gerber tells us that they are no longer willing to do the repair. Be your own judge but that struck me as smelling fishy. Buyer beware.
