  They are scammers. I attended a graduation ceremony yesterday 05/15/2025 at ** and they were right at the gate. I purchased the ***** bear set and flower, he clearly told me it was 55$. I did tap to pay, he didnt send me a reciept or anything due to the chaos and I was in a rush. I just checked my card transactions today 05/16 and I was charged 171dollars!!!!!! It appears not the first this has happened to. And my bank would let the transaction go through because it was in person. I am so upset.

  Just like many of the reviews I just read I was overcharged for a ***** bear I bought for my daughter. I was told it was 29$ but was charged 72$! Looks like it's a common practice for this company to overcharge!

  The Commencement Group is a fraudulent organization capitalizing on graduation ceremonies. The Commencement Group had booths set up to sell graduation gifts including flowers. I approached one of these booths to purchase flowers for my daughter, and I selected roses in the amount of $54.55. The person at the booth ran my card to charge, but then realized he charged $167.00 in error. He then said he was entering a reversal and ran my card again for $54.55 for the roses. He could not produce receipts. When we received the credit card bill, the $167.00 was not reversed, and come to find out from the credit card company that it was for 5 teddy bears. Why would I make two separate charges on the same card? Why would I purchase 5 teddy bears for my daughter. This company is in the business of scamming people. STAY AWAY.

  Purchased a dozen roses with a teddy ***** When I asked how much I was told it is usually $49.99 but there was a promotion for a school fund raiser, so it was $39.99. I asked for a receipt and was told they could not produce one however I will see charge on my Amex account. They charged my card $114.94. They are complete rip-off artists. They were selling the items on school property. Stay away from these scammers.

  A bear, a necklace (I did not ask for the necklace) and a t-shirt $114.13. These people set up to take advantage of an emotional situation. Corporate greed is disgusting and this company is disgusting for taking advantage of people in a vulnerable state. Let's add fuel to this fire, my child graduated 4 days after losing his grandfather (my father and 2 days after losing his great-grandfather (my grandfather). This was our youngest child graduating. My emotional state was escalated and I was not thinking clearly. It really is sad that people like this exist.

  I went to my granddaughters college graduation and bought some graduation beads. The website shows they are $5.00 each. When I bought them i gave the girl my cc and asked for a receipt. Receipt was not available. I just looked at my bank statement and I was charged $52.30 for $5.00 beads. I'm not letting this go!!!!

  They advertised premium bouquet of rose online for $49 but when I picked up onsite it was something cheaper than a $10 bouquet. totally shady business.

  They told me the bear was $30 and ended up charging me $147 because of accessories on the bear that they never mentioned anything about. Tried to refund it but they avoid it and say theres no refunds or I have to email their department. Never purchase from this fraud company

  If I could give less than one I would. When you order a lei for your granddaughter to wear at her *********** graduation the company ( The Commencement Group) you order from should show up. I spent almost $50 and there was no booth for me to get the lei. I spent so much time looking for the booth I missed many of the graduation speeches. When you call there is no one answering because its after 5 PM. If you send an Email they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. Buy flowers from ****************** and bring them with you. DO NOT rely on The Commencement Group youll be disappointed.

  The same thing happened to me. They had fast talking salesmen in a large and crowded place, they said it be about 25 for the ***** bear but made no mentions about the lie. In total I got charged 90.93$. Im still trying to get my money back. They dont answer and have terrible customer service
