    Please review uploads A, B, and C A: explains the problem as it was written to ****************, requesting the chargeback B. Amex acknowledgment of receipt of A C. Subsequent invoice from Paychex that they are still going to charge my checking account for the amount in question. This was confirmed to me by ******, an employee of Paychex

    Starting in early March 2024 we were referred to ********* as a payroll company* We started working with an individual called ******* ***** as our *** * We decided shortly after that we were not going to take the role of using a payroll company and only ran payroll one time with the company* I reached out to ********* saying that we wanted to cancel immediately the last week of March she did not get back to me* I sent a follow up email saying I would like to cancel as we are continuing to get charge* She then ***lied saying she did not get the email and said to send an email stating exactly what she had emailed me and assured me the cancellation would go through* I sent the email and have that on file for April 17 2024 * No resolution was met we continued to get charged * I sent and email 06/08/2024 following up , again no response * I called paychecks directly and they assured me that they were going to cancel my account and refund money that had occurred over the three months* No cancellation was initiated* I called back again in July and finally spoke with a *** who was able to cancel the account and assured me we would get a refund for the charges that had continued accruing, the account was canceled and again we had not use them since the beginning of March we continue to get charges* I contacted my bank and they said I had to speak with them again as I did* Then my business partner spoke with a ***resentative saying they would refund us all the money That had been charged with no proper grounds* We did not get a refund I called back a second time got an email CCing me assuring that I would get my money back no refund I called back a third time and seem to be put through the ringer again unfortunately I want to file for Friday at this point a company that says they are constantly going to cancel and refund us our money of $268 and none I only used the service once and immediately canceled and then continued getting charge for a service that we no longer use*

    There are some very serious issues with my payroll. Since 11/16/23 pay check the total amount taken out of checking account should be around $6868..00 but actullay it is abount $7407.00 to $7412.00 There is about $544.00 missing. In addition there is $744.00 missing for which we discussed and proof was sent to your email. In total there are three incidents which total about $1632.00 plus $744 unaccounted for. In order for me to continue to use your service this matter has to be resolved ASAP so that there is no reptition of this in the paycheck of 12/29/23. Failure to resolve *** force me to take further action and discontinue your service.I am calling every day from the last 3 weeks but no response. ********************* ************ r00 was taken out of my bank and paid to *********************** ********************* ************ INSPITE OF NUMBER OF CALLS TO *********************, *********************** AND MR. **************** AND MESSAGES NO ONE HAS CALLED ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. EVEN TODAY THE PAYCHECKS WERE ISSUED WITH SAME PROBLEM. EVEN I WROTE THAT NO CHECH SHOULD BE WRITTEN TO *********************** , HE WAS ISSUED $774.00 AFTER PAYING HIS SALARY OF $1000.TODAY I CALLED AGAIN AND TOLD THE **************************** TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND DO NOT WRITE ANY CHECK TO ME OR MY EMPLOYEES. SO FAR I HAVE LOST ABOUT $3920.OO. I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNNDED AND NO FURTHER PAYROLL AMOUNT TAKEN FROM MY BANK. I DO NOT WANT PAYCHEX SERVICES
