    A product I ordered was returned for a refund 12/9/24, and after numerous requests, I am still waiting. On 1/6, ******* ******** stated through an email that they were tracking the order and a refund will be made in the next few days. Almost 3 weeks later and I am still waiting.The guarantee on their website means nothing. ******** customer service. STAY AWAY!!

    I have the same issue as all the other reviews. Many attempts to contact them, no clear answers, no contact numbers etc... My guess is this is a scam! No proof it exists. My next step is to contact the state attorney generals office and secretary of state to inform them. Di not order from this company!

    A complete and total rip-off. This company is worse than garbage. I sent over $55 for 3 sets of their cables on the "special deal" sale. I am still waiting for the product in spite of the promised fast delivery. I contacted them through email and received an auto-reply message saying they will be in touch with me soon. I guess they think I'll be holding my breath as no one has contacted me since. I emailed them asking for my money back and never heard from them again.The product is really professionally promoted and probably is great, if you can get it. As it is it's a horrible way to do business, but a good way to steal money from people. Why no phone number? That should have been a red flag to me.Don't trust them!!! I won't again.

    No customer service to speak of! No merchandise after ordering three weeks ago & no tracking number. Statikco email claims there is a link to track your package, but when you click on it, there is no tracking info. Buyer beware! Terrible business.

    The delivery information is non existent so beware when/if you place an order with this company.They will offer more of their products but never address when or if you'll receive your order. Reputable BBB accredited companies would be the right choice.

    I placed my order on Dec 16 th still have not received anything and only get auto reply emails. I am being avoided and can not get a direct answer to my request for a refund. No way to contact them directly. I am out *****

    I ordered a statik tsumo charge I cant remember what else I got well I waited and waited for the order it never came I got and email from them and they said they were sold out of them so they gave me a promo code to use on my next purchase well I used it thinking that they would mail me it. And I waited and waited . I got another email from the company saying they were sold out and they were sorry for the inconvenience . I emailed them back saying I want my money back. But I know there gonna refuse to give it to me. It seems like They avoid me wanting my money back! Im very upset I just wasted my time and. Money thinking that a they would deliver what I ordered but instead they email me with a stupid promo code to use on my next purchase.

    I ordered the Statik 360 charger and the 3 foot magnetic cable plus delivery insurance on 07 June. I waited a few weeks to be told that the charger is on back order and an apology. Then the company decided to send me the cable for free as a nice gesture. During this time, I also moved and they were able to update to my new address. When I got to my new place, I was super excited to finally get my package. I open it up to find no charger but just the cable. Since then, I have been trying to co twct the company and much to my demise, no response. It has been well over a month since I placed my order and I am now about to leave the country which is why I really wanted this product in the first place. I have been sending emails with the hopes of getting a real person to respond to me. I appreciated the automated emails, but in this case either the ************** sends me my product, issues me a FULL refund or I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau.To be fare, I totally understand being swamped, products on back order etc...however I am a firm believer in communication and fairness. When one of those is violated, I am not a happy camper especially being I paid for products I have not received.Not sure how long Statik has been in business, so far the cable you sent me is amazing, would really love my charger!!! And please do add an 800 number or at the very least a live chat to better your terrible customer service. I would like to not be 46 dollars in the hole!

    Been waiting for 3 months for 2 orders now they won’t answer and of my emails
