    Hollander ********************************************* did not fulfill the terms of our contract. They breeched our contract. It was in the contract to unpack all my boxes and dispose of them upon delivery.They did not do that. They were dishonest and not available the day of delivery. ************************* my Relocation Coordinator was not available during the entire process of my move from start to finish. She never answered any of my emails or answered or returned any my phone calls. Mayflower Moving is a dishonest company. They lied to **** about the services they provided. I paid in full for services the services listed in the contract. They did not deliver or provide all the services in our contract. Mayflower Movers caused me unneeded stress, lied to me and **** and did not fulfill the terms of the contract. They did not provide a solution. They should not be paid $8000.00 as they lied and they did not provide the services that were stated in the contract.

    Hello,

    We have fully refunded the amount for the unpacking that was not done at the time of delivery.  There was confusion as there was an expectation Mayflower driver would be unpacking boxes that were not packed by the agency or the driver.  Our policy is we do not unpack items unless we pack the items.   The cartons would have been PBO(packed by owner) cartons which do not fall under our tariff.  There would have been special services rendered(unpacking of PBO's) and unfortunately was not relayed to the driver.  We attempted to have the local agent go out to complete the unpacking, but they refused. $380 will be refunded as this was the charge for unpacking and and additional $100 for a parking permit that was not used.

    We paid almost $19000 for a move that was suppose to be seamless. After the movers left we found boxes in the wrong rooms, boxes in the storage area that should have been in different rooms. We found their packing wrong, rooms mixed in together, wrong info written on boxes. It would have been easier to have done it ourselves. Instead it made alot more work than it should have been. No one will except responsibility and they are lying about all of it. How can you protect yourselves from dishonest companies like this? You start by reporting them to the BBB. And I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. The worst experience of my life. Also, because I have auto immune disease and I was not physically alright to do this move, it cause alot of pain and suffering . I hope this saves someone else from going through this.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had to undo everything your workers did. They packed our stuff incorrectly,  different areas of the house were mixed together. , boxes labeled wrong, dangerous  and breakable items,  some were not wrapped at all. They labeled the boxes wrong. Most everything in this split level was in the wrong rooms. I had to go under the stairs and carry all of these boxes to the correct places . It would have been easier if I had packed myself. This is one of the worst experiences of my life! If I had packed myself, it would have been easier. And the lying is ridiculous. The fact that your driver lied and you excepted that as fact, even though I -the customer showed you pictures . 10 sheets of paper for a pencil but none for knives. My autistic son had just gotten out of the hospital on packing day. He was very ill, and I was not up to the move physically. The stress caused my fibromyalgia and ****** disease to become active , all because of the poor work of your employees. And the stress is going to hang over my head until its resolved. Its an insult because you know I tried to work this out with your company .
