- We will gladly refund any job completed if deemed damaged or color loss. We will also exchange an item/items for same value if the error was on SOS' part (ie: design flaw, grammar, etc.). We do not offer compensation nor refunds based on placing an order with us and then having monetary personal / business issues after an order has been placed. Once an order is placed, the consumer is required to pay in full for the product(s) ordered.
