All returns for credit must have a RMA # from GorillaPaper.com to send merchandise back within 20 days of purchase
Merchandise returned which is tested functional and without defect will be subject to a min processing fee of 15% of the product price
Shipment is rejected without defect, it will be subject to a processing fee 25% of the product price
Less than Truck Load Delivery: customer is 100% responsible for additional surcharge from incorrect shipping condition, customer is responsible for detention fee caused from customer end
Free Shipping items will be subject to a processing fee 35~50% of the product price
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
All merchandise must be received in its original packaging in re-saleable condition
All claims of defects or shortages must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Packages must be sent to GorillaPaper.com double boxed via prepaid freight with a copy of the invoice
Partially used merchandise will not be accepted back
