              Placed order to Collections Etc. March 09, 2024. for a Butterfly ******* Table Topper. Order number ********. Was to have shipped on March 12, along with a Patriot Tree. Never received the table topper. I was told I would get credit which I gladly would have purchased something else. After numerous contacts with company I have not yet received my credit. At one point I was told the amount of *****. Tried to order something today, they said couldnt pull up my credit. I have been more than patient. Thank you. Hope you can help.

              I ordered 2 pair of capris. When they arrived they were cheap quality and when I called to get a return label I was informed they would take over $11 out of my refund. I had never heard of that before. I really wished I had read the reviews first, since I did I see how many unhappy customers are out there. I have told friends who want to order NOT to. This is not a good company, ******* has better merchandise.

In terms of using our return label, it is not necessary that you use the return label being mailed to you. You are welcome to send the products back using your own carrier. We do ask that you please include a copy of your invoice with the back filled out so that our warehouse is aware of the action you wish to have us take upon receipt. Collections Etc does not offer free returns for an issue such as this. This is listed on our website where the order was placed in our "Frequently Asked Questions" section under "How do I return an item". We appreciate the opportunity to service your purchasing needs.Thank you for choosing Collections Etc.
