I made a purchase from Collections Etc. on are by July 1, 2025. The amount of purchase was *****. This company is extorting money from my bank account. Instead of 1 amount for the purchase they sent 3 charges of ***** twice and one for *****. I only made 1 purchase. They have my bank account held hostage. The one charge went threw for ***** on July 8, 2025, but the two remaining won't fall off as of July 9, 2025They have no right to try and steal.Business Response

We ordered some jumbo tomato plants that was supposed to be three plants. when arrived was only one plant. I called them and told them about it. they told me they would ship the missing plants. should ship in 7 to ten days. Did not receive plants. The one plant we did get died within a week. Was planted same day received. I called back and told them and ask where plants were. was told the original two plants that were missing never got processed. I told them about the other plant dying and they were supposed to ship three more plants. Have not received them. I would either like to get the plants, or refund my money. We have not received word on the reshipment at this time. Please note we are unable to cancel reshipments once the request has been sent. Due to the customer's issue, we have created a refund of $23.64 to be refunded to the customers credit card. The customer may keep the reshipped item as well.

It was May 30th. Collections took money off my card for something they shouldn't of and I want it back. I ordered thru them and it didn't go thru then they took the money from the card after my daughter placed the order for me online. They owe me money for shipping back something to them. They owe me about $100.00 all together for the order and shipping.Business Response

AUGUST of 2023 I sent in an order by check and when I received there was a white printed label at the top right of the receipt. that Collections stated; " Your order in the amount of ***** and some odd cents resulted in a 7.00 overpayment". " "Your refund will be sent in 4 weeks". Today's date: MAY *******. It was never sent to me. I wrote them 3 letters inquiring about my money & I sent the company the carbon copy of the check and # . They to this day; ignored all my complaints and merely shredded my letters with no effort to send refund. I've since then ordered items from Collections, with the last one around November of 2024. I always thot' they would do the right thing.. But Not even!! Seven dollars is SEVEN dollars.. I'm sure not the 1st. person to complain about being ripped off. Because of Collections dishonesty I'll never give them more business. I've ordered LOTS from this company & had a relationship with Collections for about 10 yrs.Business Response

This happened May 22nd 2025 when I ordered from Collections Etc. and they took ***** dollars from my green dot card. I'm disputing because it was negative ***** dollars and didn't have the money apparently. I found out today when I called green dot on May 24th.Business Response

On May ******* I was looking to purchase a plus size women's denim skirt so I used ****** and came across a company name collections etc because I saw a skirt that I wanted to purchase placed the order skirt was ***** before any taxes order came to ***** before I completed my order after order completion I decided I wanted to have it expedited fir$6.00 so I could receive it in 3-5 business days well today is may20,2025 and I still have not received my order and they still have not credited me back my $***** after they told me it would go back into my account on May ******* have called them several times and every time it's a different story the final total they ended up charging me was$32.90 I'm on a fixed income and I can't afford just giving away money ******** is collections etc tracing number and ********************** is the **** tracking number on my banking account they make it look as if they only withdrew funds only one time but the actually withdrew *****abd I still don't even have what I ordered.Business Response

Contacted the company for a return item that was sent to them by mistake. The tracking number was provided that was proof that the item was delivered. The company kept the item and refused to send it back or have any conversation about it. It appears that the company confiscated the item and refused to help to try to locate it and said that that there was nothing that they could do. The item was shipped on October 17, 2024 and was delivered on October 23, 2024 to this company.Business Response

Item was received by our returns department back in October 2024. Once we inform customer service team we hold the item for 60 days if we receive no response, then we dispose product with our salvage load. Unfortunately item was dispose after 60 days.

On 5/1/25, I I ordered 2 bras from Collections for a total price of $34.25. When I received the confirming order. it did not show an additional charge of $33.25, but both amounts showed on my debit card. I called the company and asked what the additional charge was for and the customer service agent told me it was a "holding" charge. I have never had to pay double for merchandise. Supposedly the amount of $33.25 will be credited to my account within 2-3 days after the original amount is accepted, I am angry because I think that should be on the order when viewed by the confirming email.. I have yet to see the credit and do not feel that this is good business, I know I will never shop there again.Business Response
