    The waitress did not inform us how to place an order. My guest was uncomfortable.she was not friendly. So I walk to register to explain that we did not know how to place an order we were going to sit down and eat as results of miscommunication he left I ordered and she was rude about my order I sat down she abruptly wanted me to get up after sitting and rush the next order I got my food ate outside I was upset I return and explain the money was ripped she was rude about my complaint an she was not helpful I asked for a manager she replied she is not here so I would leave I asked for her name it is ***** she had no name tag I had call friend to calm down

     Hello - I am writing in response to this compliant. we have signs all over the restaurant telling customers to order and pay the register. There are signs on the front door -- at every table and a big sign at the register. Also I have no employees or manager named *****. Once a customer orders and pays for their order. Our staff gladly takes them their food where they sit down. This customer did not mentioned what they ordered. Not sure what she meant about money being ripped ----if that's was an issues she could have asked for a replacement at the time of exchange. there are plenty of tables for her to eat inside. Since Covid we went to this format and never had a problem -- been in business since 1984 . here is my email for future responses.    **********************
