    I just received an email from them that said I'm getting a refund because my washing machine order was cancelled. I didn't order anything. I could tell it was a scam. I looked this company up and it doesn't sound trustworthy.

    I had an incredibly disappointing experience with RJP Unlimited, and I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from falling into the same trap. After waiting six long weeks for a jacket I ordered, the company finally delivered the wrong size.Upon contacting their customer Service, I was met with sheer incompetence and indifference, Despite returning the incorrect item promptly, I have yet to receive a refund, it has now been over six months, and my patience has worn thin.RJP Unlimited's lack of accountability and disregard of customer satisfaction is appalling. Save yourself the frustration and avoid doing business with them at all costs.

    I ordered some dog toys from this company. They literally ordered from a third party to fill the order. The invoice was from ****** and the buyer from ******. The Toys weren't what I wanted so I sent them back to the return label which was Happy Tails. I am still waiting for my refund through PayPal. ******* company yes never will order from them again. And I got the Right ones from another company.

    Back in March I ordered a book shelf. It said it was in stock on their website, but after a week went by and I heard nothing from them as to when it would be shipped I called them. I was then told it was out of stock and should be in in a couple of weeks. I called back in a few weeks still out of stock but they expected it in anytime. After a few more weeks it was still out of stock and they refunded my money. I told them I would keep an eye on their website and when they get it back in stock I would reorder it. A month later I look on their website and it says in stock. I wanted to make sure so I called them to verify it was in stock. I was told yes it is in stock. I placed the order and after a week goes by and I hear nothing from them I reach out to find out what is going on. I was told it was out of stock and would be in stock in a few weeks. I had them refund my money. What is going on with this company??

    Posted the wrong price for an expensive item. Charged my card and then told me it was twice as much money. When I cancelled they refunded my money (which takes time since the bank holds it while it's processing) and then would not refund my 'international charge' fee, considering it was their mistake. Poor customer service.
