            Ordered a ****** from Groomie with replacement blades. Blades were delivered, but not the ****** itself. Attempted to contact the company via email. Was told my order was delivered. After responding to an AI generated response, I contacted them again. Stated they would send another out with tracking number. No response in over a week.

            DON'T PURCHASING ANY GROOMIE PRODUCTS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM IS INEPT IN HANDLING ANY CONSUMERS COMPLAINTS. RETURNED A BALDIE GROOMIE CHARGING DOCK FOR A REFUND SINCE I ORDERED TWO (2) IN ERROR. PROVIDED THEM WITH A TRACKING NUMBER, DATE AND TIME RETURNED, LOCATION THE PARCEL WAS LEFT, ETC. THEY COULDN'T LOCATE THE RETURN? AFTER SENDING 5 MESSAGES TO THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT / OPERATIONS WITH NO RESOLUTION OR CREDIT ISSSUED BACK TO ME I BECAME DISGUSTED AFTER THREE (3) WEEKS OF CORRESPONDING WITH THEM I ADVISE SEND ME ANOTHER CHARGING DOCK FREE OF CHARGE SINCE I PAID FOR IT ALREADY. NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. THEY ARE THE WORSE IN HANDLING ANY RETURNS FROM COMSUMERS. VERY UNPROFESSONAL!!!!
