    ****** contracted JF to fix a street lamp outside my home.Throughout this process they left material in my yard overnight, disposed of cigarettes in my yard, and scratched my car with a stake.They refuse to take responsibility because I dont have a video of evidence. I explained to them that the stake was hanging over my driveway.*** who handles the claims said that they wouldnt be accepting my claim as the stakes were properly supported. When *** provided me with the pictures he utilized in his decision, the stake in question had open ground next to it which would allow it to lean (see below).For weeks I asked *** to explain how the stakes could be properly supported, but the images said otherwise. *** finally responded that he sees my view, but still wouldnt be able to move the claim forward. By this point, Im at a complete loss.I then tried to reach the Director of Safety, ***************************, to discuss this claim and hopefully get the issue resolved. The receptionists continued to put me on hold as they waited for ******* to free up.By this point I had not raised my voice or gotten angry with anyone at JF even though I was tossed around for 3 weeks.Instead of calling me to talk, ******* had my number blocked at the company. They were clearly annoyed at my persistence and commitment to holding them responsible for damaging my vehicle.I then proceeded to call *** numerous times to try to get some sort of explanation as to what he was saying was properly supported compared to the image he sent me. After *** finally answered, he threatened to call the authorities on me for harassing him by calling him numerous times. I explained that I am just trying to get the property that was damaged by his crews fixed and that communication has not been clear.

    Unless you’re a big, commercial job then JF doesn’t care. I setup a bid for my new home 1.5 weeks ago. I had just closed on it yesterday when he was supposed to show up. We move next week and are on a very tight schedule and he knew that when I talked to him. The person never showed. I called the office 3 times in almost 1.5 hours while waiting on the person from JF to show up. On the 3rd time I was finally transferred to the person’s cell phone. He never picked up and his voicemail was full so I couldn’t leave a message. He called a left a message and said that I was on the schedule but he had a meeting that ran over. Which i feel is a lame excuse for I forgot. Because if he hadn’t forgot there would’ve been effort made to communicate to me and there was not. The he said on his voicemail that he wanted to see if he could set me up for something early next week. But that’s too late! I set this bid up 1.5 weeks ago. No phone call or text that he was running late. Nothing. And now I have to call the movers and push our moving date back all because you offer service to a demographic that you’re not willing to remember!! I know I’m not some large commercial job. I’m just a small fry little home owner that needs residential work done and it’s probably a just $2k worth of work. But that is **** **** service from such a reputable contractor! If you don’t value your “little” residential customers then why do you offer service to them? And then not even have the decency to get someone to the bid right away when YOU are the reason it’s messed up! I’ll take my money to your competitor.
