    I want to start off by saying that I have never filed a complaint with the BBB. The situation I am about to discuss has lead me to do so. Im not even sure there is enough characters available for me to explain the countless things that went on. I have owned a wedding venue in **********, ** for four years now. We allow our couples to hire out their own vendors. We just had a couple get married out here on Saturday, August 19th. They hired an event planner for their day. It is unbelievable how much they went through with this event planner. Wedding days are something most people spend their life looking forward to. It is supposed to be a day of happiness, love, & unforgettable memories. We all know weddings can be expensive & when people are giving their hard earned money to vendors, they are trusting that theyll be a part of making their day one of the best. This business, if it even is one, charged this couple thousands of dollars & did not follow through with the promises they made. I feel that it is best if I bullet everything that went wrong with this business: didnt send out wedding invites till 3 weeks before the wedding, so a lot of their **************** were not able to come lied about trying to come see the venue to plan for the couples wedding day didnt send out the timeline till mid-week of the wedding purchased all of the wedding decor a couple days before the wedding from dollar tree, the clearance aisle of hobby lobby, etc. didnt show up to decorate for the wedding till the evening before when the wedding party was having their rehearsal dinner & made them have it outside so they could decorate barely decorated the ceremony space provided a DJ with equipment that didnt work properly made guests sit by meat preference when it was a buffet provided a bartender, but the let them leave at 7pm when the wedding didnt end till 10pm There is so much more. I would love to talk this over the phone if possible.
