1 starPlease don't make the same mistake I did. It's not possible for a local plumbing company to have *****+ 5-star reviews and I learned my ****** the hard way. They came out to rod out a clogged sewer from the cleanout in the yard to the sewer line. This is literally 12 feet apart and they charged $620. Once the work was done, they told me I still needed to follow up with hydro jetting for an additional $1350. 5 starsI called Lifeline a few days ago with an issue. Was completely overwhelmed and ******* answered the phone... she's such an out going individual, very professional helped answer a few questions I had to. Setting the appointment up took about 3 minutes, and we had a tech out same day I will continue to use Lifeline and will recommend to any friends or family in need.Review fromMary S

5 stars**************** is the best! I called with some issues with my water heater and I was very stressed and dont have alot of time or money to waste. I called around to different companies and most of the people who answered the phone were rude but when I spoke to *** from Lifeline, she assured me that my issues could be taken care of asap and she made me feel so much better! 5 stars****************** did a furnace annual home inspection for us and was very thorough, respectful and polite. He was on time as well. He fixed the things that needed to be replaced such as the filter and humidifier pads (as well as cleaned the humidifier) in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up the space well afterwards. He also educated and installed an air purification system and dynamic filters on both of our units, which we have been very happy with. 5 starsLifeline Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is the best HVAC company around the Chicago area. They are professional, courteous and 100% of the time have resolved my issues in my old condo in *************. The technicians are the best I have ever found. They take their work seriously, and obviously I can tell they are under terrific management. I have had complex problems with my older wiring with my furnace and AC and they always fix it. I cannot speak highly enough of ****** (HVAC) and *** (Plumbing). Believe me, they have their challenges in my old condo. And they never complain. I love them all, and I am part of their Lifeline Club where I get 30% off plumbing (which I actually used for plumbing for my old shower valve that needed replacing. They really go over and above. *****, their representative, who answers the phones and connects appointments is the absolute best as well. Extremely respectful and wants to help the customer. 5 starsI called Lifeline for a basement drain issue. I never had a problem with it before and didnt know what to do. ***** answered my call and gave me a detailed description of what the next steps would be. He assured me that I would be next on the schedule and even told me who would be coming and texted me information on the plumber with picture and bio of plumber. Ive never had that professional experience with any company in the past. I feel so comfortable with Lifeline that its going to be the last company I use. They even have HVAC services and I scheduled a AC tune up for the same day. This company is as professional as it gets. ***** even told me of Club membership that makes sure my furnace and AC get tune *** annually and plumbing inspections. I signed up immediately with no service call fee for my plumbing issue!!!!Review fromJoann H
