I contacted Administer Justice because they claimed to be a ********* based Low-****************** I paid them $30 and ************************************, Esq *********** Director took on my case and became my ***** of ******** on April 23, 2021. Since ****** was an attorney, I felt confident that she was knowledgeable and experienced. So, I sent ****** my Innocent Spouse Relief form and all the documents that she requested. Over the next 9 months ****** gave me one lame excuse after another as to why she did not mail in my form. Her favorite line was Ill call you when I know something. However, she would never call. I wanted to believe her so I kept holding on. Then on January 13, 2022, she sent me an email to tell me that she dropped my case because Administer Justice was no longer offering the Low-****************** She claimed that she would try to find me another agency to help me. I thought to myself, I most likely have a $19,000 lien on my house since we ignored the *** for 9 months, why should I trust anything that ****** has to say. I realize now that ****** had no intention of helping me. She just strung me on month after month. I dont know how she call herself a *********. She lacked total respect and empathy for me. Administer Justice claims to be a ********* Legal Aid ****** dedicated to providing quality legal advocacy for low-income individuals by giving you Justice & Hope. Im not sure how they justify to drop a case in the middle of a case just because their organization or (******) decides that they will no longer be doing taxes for low-income individuals. Wheres the dedication, quality of service, justice and hope that they claim to have? The proper and more ********* *** would be to finish the cases that they have started with the Low-Income Tax ****** and to not take on any new cases. I also, think that Administer Justice (specifically ************************************, Esq) ***** the ***************************** by pretending to help people when they clearly harm them.
