      I am getting the runaround from *********** Auto Body because they do not have the ability to complete the repairs on my vehicle.Prior to taking my 2023 **** Mustang Mach E to ***********, I called them to confirm that they were certified to work on newer Electric Vehicles. They assured me that they were and that they were fully certified by ****.On 7/22/24, I contacted them and was told my car could possibly be ready by the end of the week ,but that they didn't want to overpromise, so they quoted me Wed 7/31.When I called on Wed, they said it would by Thu or worst case Friday.I received a text message on Fri 8/2/24 at 9:15am saying "We are nearing completion. If there are any delays, we will call you"Nobody called me, so I contacted them on Fri at 12:15pm. They told me it wasn't done, but still might be done today - possibly 2pm or maybe 4pm. They said they are open until 5:30pm, but even if it wasn't done until late and I couldn't get there by 5:30pm, they are open on Sat.They called my later on *** saying there was no way it would be done today. When I asked if there was a possibility of it being done on Sat, they said it wouldn't be until Mon 8/5/24.My car is still not ready. I firmly believe this is because they do not have the qualifications to work on this type of vehicle and are just postponing every time I call.

      We are a **** Certified shop. I attached a screen shot of the "Promise Date" that he continually got txt's on. We actually delivered the vehicle 3 days early. I, *********************, the owner, told him on the phone that his vehicle would not be done on Friday 8/2/2024 but we are attempting to beat the Promise Date of 8/7/2024.
