5 starsI couldn't be happier with the service I have received time and time again. This is the 5th time I've used Cranford Plumbing for various plumbing issues in my home over the last 7 years and each time he has been prompt to respond and set up a time to take care of the problem. This time it was the water heater I contacted them on Memorial day and they came out Tuesday the very next day and within maybe 2 hrs he had the old one drained the new one purchased and installed. 2 starsGreat Plumber...IMMORAL PRICE GOUGING OWNER!!. Charged us crazy prices like this disabled 69 year old was rich!
I would see the plumber had to call the owner for every service. They charge depending on how much money you have.

In February of 2023 Cranford Plumbing did provide a quote for service. We are sorry to hear that you now feel the price for the equipment was too expensive. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to meet the homeowner, but the treatment system was wanted so that when he returned to the home the water quality would be better. Cranford Plumbing offered builder's grade equipment or a top quality more expensive option that included a better warranty. The top quality option was decided upon by the customer and was installed. The equipment solved the water quality issue. The less expensive option could have been installed, but would not have lasted as long as top quality equipment.
The equipment has a manufacturer's warranty and Cranford Plumbing will ensure it is providing quality water treatment to the home.
