My mother purchased an Elkay kitchen faucet about 10 years ago and we couldn't be happier with it. Any issues we have had they handle promptly and have completely replaced one faucet and now they are replacing a faucet head that has had an issue for awhile. ******************* the customer rep got back to me when I reached out the same day and resolved the issue in 3 days. (weekend included)We are very happy with the product and more importantly the service considering how poor customer service is these days with many companies.Their products are not inexpensive however you get what you pay for and in this case we are extremely pleased.Review from Melanie L

Horrible company with horrible ethics. They do not back up their warranties. You will also talk to 10 different people that will tell you 10 different things and no one is held accountable to anything they say. Do yourself a favor and do not buy one of their products. They also sell products under the name of *************************.Review from Martin R

Bought a sink from MR ******* Did not like the color. Sink was purchased for $399. To return, I have to pay a 20% restocking fee and returning shipping. Restocking fee costs $80. **** will not ship due to size. *** is the cheapest carrier at $321.32. Therefore, to return I will have to pay more in shipping and restocking fees than the purchase value of the product. Normal consumers don't have a business account with ***. Therefore, it is theoretically impossible to return a sink for any net refund. Very convenient for MR ******* Costly for customers. Read the return policy carefully. You could end up being completely out of pocket if you are not satisfied with the product.Review from Robert R

Business has taken my money. Said they shipped item. Then after multiple attempts to contact them after the item didn't show up, someone sent an email stating that they didn't ship it because they only had one of the two items that were ordered. I asked them to ship the sink and the second item could be sent later. They won't answer the phone and they are not responding to emails.

We apologize for the delayed response in advising the customer of the status of their order - our customer care team in our ************* is short handed. A memer of our local team has just spoken with ****** and have arrived at an amicable resolution. We have advised him that his sink is being shipped out today (11/1) and the drain he ordered (currently out of stock) will be shipped once back in stock. We did apologize to ****** for lack of communication and assure him of our intentions to resolve the issues he has experienced as quickly as possible. The customer has not been charged for the drain that is now on a backorder as the product has not shipping. We apologize for the lack of communication to answer their incoming call as our team is currently short staffed.Elkay Manufacturing Company Response
