    Business Response

    Date: 12/02/2024

I am writing to address the complaint submitted by Oasis Hospice and Geriatric and ************************** regarding the two websites that are claimed never went live.
We would like to clarify the situation as follows:
First Website: This site was completed and went live within 60 days (5/10/2024). The delay occurred because we did not initially have access to the domain name, which was controlled by the clients company. Additionally, further delays happened due to the requirement of an approval from one of the doctors associated with the project. Despite these delays, we managed to go live within the stipulated time frame once these issues were resolved.
Second Website: The delay in this case was primarily due to the client providing the necessary content for the website. We have consistently communicated the importance of timely content submission to ensure the website can be developed and launched without unnecessary delays.
Unfortunately, delays in getting a website live that are caused by the client not providing feedback or the content needed to create the website are not considered refundable circumstances. We remain committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining transparent communication with our clients.
We understand the clients frustration and are committed to resolving this issue amicably. We believe in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and we are open to any further discussions or clarifications the Better Business Bureau may require.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this matter.
    Sincerely,
    *** ******

there is no doubt  the the websites went live, but the content and both websites has been very poorly designed. If we wanted a 5th grader to design websites we wouldn't have gone to a national company like Officite. I can attach the entire email thread that my employee and your entire team has had since may. We have never received a finished product that is acceptable. There is always some kind of blatant  mistake we can find, the mobile websites are horrible. Most of our patient population is geriatric, it is more difficult for them to navigate these websites. We have recieved a very sub-par product and you can't even categorize it as a finished website. They put the wrong company name on one of our websites. How un-professional is that? We would like a refund for entire amount because entire process has been a big waste of nearly 10 months.

I am rejecting this response because:
