We went to see ************************************* at Rock River Valley Mental Health to see about her therapy services for my daughter. My daughter had to fill out an evaluation form beforeDr. ********************************* would have a therapy session with her becasue she needed to come up with a diagnosis after readying my daughters evaluation. We could never fill out the evaluation, ************************************* had an extremely noisy office and it wasn't the calm place my daughter thought she was getting for mental health services. ************************************* has multiple birds in her office and they constantly chirp - constantly. We asked ************************************* three times to be moved to an area less noisy and each time ************************************* replied with, well teenagers are fine at tuning out other noises and your daughter will be fine to have a session with me when she is done filling out the form. We could never fill out the form, after the third time we asked for another location of her office and she said no we had to leave. And now ************************************* is billing me and threatening to send me to collections if I do not pay her $120 for the therapeutic diagnosis she had with my daughter. The session was never done, we left before finishing the evaluation form. I called ************************************* to tell her this and she hung up on me. She has a very noisy office and it wasn't good for my stressed daughter and we had to leave. I am worried about going to collections as I have told her I dispute this charge because her services were never performed. She just keeps sending me more bills for services that were never performed.
