I order 8"potted palm for a funeral on line. A ****** called the next day an left a message that she didn't have that plant in stock. And that she would send " another kind of palm. I didn't have a problem w a different Variety of a palm . She sent corn plant - dracaena . Not even the palm family. I paid for 8" plant but got a 6" potted corn plant in an 8" wicker basket with floral foam wedge on the sides with dried floral grass on top to hide the pot. I tried to explain on her it not what I ordered an paid for. She denied it and said it was a different kind of Palm and completely ignored me on the fact that it was in a 6" pot and I paid for an 8" pot. Then took my post down. So I tried again on a ****** review review because I knew she couldn't take couldn't take my post down and I got the same results. I emailed her pictures of the plant and pictures of the pot with the foam on the sides. A picture of an online corn plant . I called her She got very upset with me told me I was lucky to even get a plant in this pandemic. That I was wrong and that I could go....,,? Then she hung up on me . I paid for an 8"potted palm 50$ 5$ for a bow. 10$ for delivery, $5.99 service fee. $4.54 tax. Total $75.53.
