1 starThey installed my siding knowing that the plywood and the two by fours needed to be replaced. I was told after the siding was put up I needed a new roof. Now I’m aware of that but water is coming in my house and what I got from Feldco is they are sorryFeldco Windows, Siding & Doors

Upon further inspection, it was determined and documented the leak issues are stemming from issues with the roof, that Feldco didn't install and hasn't been responsible for, not the siding that Feldco is. 1 starFeldco installed windows in my entire house back in May of 2023. Around June of 2024 I had a window that would not stay raised up. Every time I open the window it just drops back down. I called feldco about it and they said they could have a technician come out for a $99 service fee and see if they could fix it. After spending thousands of dollars on this window upgrade and having a window fail just over 12 months into owning them I didn't feel it was appropriate for them to ask me for $99 for a window they installed that is supposed to have a long life guarantee. Since the window is not working properly I feel that it should be fixed by the company. I have been contacted by the company four times since the windows have been installed to ask how I've liked my windows. Each time I get the phone call about the windows I explained to them how upset I am about having to pay a service fee to get the window fixed. The individual on the phone tells me they will put a note in my account and someone would get back to me. Every time I've done that no one has called me back. Also every time someone new calls me I tell him about my previous calls and they say there's no notes in my account. So that tells me that Feldco really doesn't care if my windows are working or not. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a company that puts in an inferior product and will not fix it in a timely manner. Many of the friends that come by my residence have asked me how I like my windows as well. I cannot recommend the windows to any of my friends in my neighborhood because feldco decided I need to pay $99 to fix a manufacturing defective product. There is no excuse for a window to fail after 13 months if it is a quality product. The previous windows in my house were installed in 1997 and all of them still work correctly. I only switched to a different window because I wanted to refresh the look on my house. My mistake was choosing Feldco. Don't let it be your mistake.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

1 starWe had new windows put in our spare bed Room. What a hassle. They missed measured the windows. We wanted the windows flush with the walls. Just like the rest of the house. Didn't happen. There was a 2 inch gap between the wall and the window. It took them one month to get back to us. We decided to do the job ourselves. They said they would come out and fix it for $2100. That was our balance. I told them if they fix it first and I'd like it I will pay them. But they wanted to get paid first But they wanted to get paid first. I don't trust them. So I refused to pay them. We finished the job ourselves. They threatened to put LIEN on our house. And to ruin our credit. I don't think I owed them the $2100 balance since they did not finish the job. But we paid them anyway just to get them Out of our lives. I would never recommend them to anybody. 1 starI HAD A NEW ROOF, 2 WINDOWS, GUTTERS, FASCIA AND SOFFIT INSTALLED. THEY DIDNT REPLACE MY SOFT WOOD ON THE ROOF OR THE SOFT, WARPED WOOD UNDER THE FASCIA AND SOFFIT. MY GUTTERS, DOWN SPOUTS AND BANDS DONT MATCH, EVERY GUTTER, DOWN SPOUT OR BAND ARE DIFFERENT COLORS SOME GUTTERS HAVE 2, 3 OR 4 DIFFERENT COLORS. THE WINDOWS THEY DIDNT CAULK AROUND THE OUTSIDE LEAVING A GAP FOR RAIN AND INSECTS TO GET IN. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO HAVE THESE ISSUES RESOLVED, THEY ARE NO LONGER RESPONDING TO MY REQUESTS.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

1 star***** is a **************** to Deal with . Thy Replaced my Entry Door Twice because the 1st One Locked me in and i had to Break myself out of my own House and have been here 5 **************** Calls. Now the Trim is Falling Off of it. 1 starThis was an awful experience with the exception of the installation. The communication inside of your company and any follow up was absolutely terrible. I used two vacation days for install. One they never communicated that it was too cold to do the installation and never showed and the second they mis-measured and one of the windows was wrong so we had yet again another vacation day to use for install. We were also never notified or had a confirmation sent the day that they came out to do the installation. We rescheduled after they never showed up in March and no one ever called emailed or texted to confirm. Throughout this whole experience, I had called customer service and requested a managers call back six times and it took two months after everything was done to get a callback from a manager who then told me there was nothing he could do to compensate us for lost time or issues with the Feldco team. Basically said sorry for the inconvenience but deal with it. After having this experience we will no longer be referring anyone to Feldco or using your services again. Also this was our second install with you and the first went off without any issues. Very disappointed in the customer service and communication in this company. After having spent over ****** dollars with them the least they could have done is compensate us for the extra vacation days we had to take. Theyve been communicated with us at least four or five times a week by text call and email asking for us to fill out a survey if they wouldve communicated with us like that through the whole process, I wouldnt have to leave this review.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

1 starAbsolutely horrible. Had windows installed. They just went over the old rotten frames and never properly installed, had flys and cold weather and hot weather coming in every day for years. Never helped solve the problem and never compensate for anything.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors

2 starsFirst of all, I bought a house that had Feldco windows in it. This is the only reason I dealt with the company so I could match the windows.. I bought one side-by-side double hung window which cost $2200. Of that, they said the installation part was $800. I said I would rather install it myself with my contractor, but they wouldnt let me , they said it would void the warranty, I said thats fine. I dont want the warranty on that one window. Feldco required all types of things so that their installation would go so smooth that it took them 25 minutes for two guys to install it . Thats 50 minutes total for $800 installation or $960/hour for a *********!!! On top of that my contractor inspected the installation of the other windows that they had installed for the previous owner. And he pointed out the inferior workmanship, but said h*** fix them since it was obvious they werent qualified! Feldco is just a big money grab.Feldco Windows, Siding & Doors
