I was sold solar panels through this company, and as a sales tactic, the individual who sold me the solar panels (***********************) told us we would receive a $2,000 **** gift card upon installation of the system. There have been several email, phone and text conversations where he has promised the gift card over the last several months, but we have not received it. We were on the fence about the panels due to the probability we would need to have our roof replaced at some point and the gift card was promised to us as a tactic to get us to sign and make us feel easier about the cost of pulling up and putting back down the panels during roof replacement, as the gift card would cover those costs. He told us during signing of the contract that the $2,000 gift card would be sent out as soon as the panels were installed.The Solar Panels were installed December of 2022, and I have been in frequent contact with the dealer to request the gift card to be sent, and then promises were made, in writing to deliver the gift card to me over the course of several months, but it has not yet arrived. I would like to receive the promised $2,000 gift card as a resolution to this.
