From start to finish, Mila's Restoration & Remodeling has been professional, communicative, and extremely thoughtful. They responded to a request for a quote promptly, provided a thorough estimate in much better detail than any other contractor, and completed the work in the estimated timeline. I really appreciated their transparency with the costs and willingness to work within my tighter budget. Even more, when issues arose, **** and his team were quick to come and solve the problem. They truly care about the satisfaction of their clients and do not compromise on quality while keeping costs very reasonable.Overall, they made this experience a very positive one for us, and I'm grateful to have worked with them.Review from Aaron M

A few months ago I had some pretty extensive water damage on my first floor that leaked down into my basement office and furnace room.I called **** and he worked with me and my insurance company quickly to help get us back to how things were. **** had excellent communication and was constantly checking in with me to schedule things and make sure everything was taken care of from drywall, to baseboards, to mudding, and painting. If I had a question about something or didnt like they way something was going to turn out, he made sure I was happy and wouldnt stop until I was 100% satisfied. He always responded to my texts any day of the week and answered any calls.**** and his team were professional, on time, and skilled in everything they did. I even hired them to do some extra painting and fix some other things at a good fair price out of pocket. They even worked around my floors having to be re-sanded and stained.I never write reviews, but I cant say enough great things about **** and Milas Restoration and remodeling. They took a horrible situation I found myself and made it much better. My house looks even better than before.Review from Donald W

I strongly recommend Milas Restoration and Remodeling to all family and friends. **** is the best. He and his team are very professional and do great work. We had a pretty large water damage issue in the new house we had recently moved into, and **** was a great partner working with the ***************** and helping to navigate what could have otherwise been a very stressful situation. **** and team exceeded all expectations. **** communicates well on the status of the project daily and his team arrives when he says they will. The work was extensive and took a little over a month to complete, and there was not a single day that his guys didnt show up when they said they would. His guys are very friendly, quick, do great work and they clean up the place very well every evening before leaving. Just one of many examples of how considerate the Milas team is - we have a 1-year-old daughter, and the guys were great about planning any loud work around her naps so they would be quiet and would not wake her. **** and team are also very accountable, if something is wrong, they will make it right. I have worked with many contractors over the years and **** and team stand above the rest. Do yourself a favor and call Milas for your remodeling and restoration project.

We contracted ****'s to remodel our powder room. They provided us several updating options to choose from to meet our requirements.
