The owner of this business is a thief.I hired *********************, in Spring2020 because she was willing to work with me in my home. She seemed to know her stuff; and we had a good relationship. September 2021, I prepaid her for another bunch of sessions. I knew she had been searching for additional clients. October she informed me she that she had interviewed for what turned out to be a full time position, which she ultimately accepted. She never mentioned a refund. She didn't respond to my efforts to contact her by email or phone. I sent a letter to her home. She replied (using the same email address I had used to contact her) to acknowledge her debt and requested I accept her paying in 'installments; but didn't mention how much or how often. I refused via another note to her home. To ensure she got my answer, I sent it again via registered mail which was returned to as 'unclaimed'.I've dealt with scammers before and she doesn't appear to be one. She was in my home, we became friends and the need to hold sessions via Zoom allowed me to see her home. I believe she is good at her trade, just a lousy business woman. Her ****** Yelp page shows two other customers with experiences similar to mine. If she doesn't have the money, she ignores any contact to get it.
