DONT use them if you plan to move anytime soon! Our buyers are using them as a lender and everything was signed and contracted to be done and closed within 45 days as required...,however three days before closing(oct 1, 2021) , after we moved and had lease agreements paid for and the buyers had told their landlord they would be out;plus they have three young children and horses to move, that the they just got the appraisal (why did you schedule closing date then!!) And it didn't come out high enough! At the last minute we had to make a decision to drop our price or risk losing the sale even tho the paperwork was signed for a price already. So we dropped to save it thinking the closing date would stay the same since it was pertinent that it did. Then the day before closing they called and said they had to reschedule it, unknown date, cuz paperwork had to be redone and they weren't ready!!! I **** called our mortgage company and advised them of what was happening and that our payment would be late due to closing being delayed. They told me as long as it was paid before the 16 no penalties. It is NOW Oct 15 and no closing!!! All they keep telling our realtors on both sides is that they aren't ready! WHY NOT??!! Work some late hours people and get this done! All of this should have been ready before a closing date was ever scheduled to start with and if the only issue to delay it was an appraisal it should NOT be two weeks looking at three weeks later!! This is now 60 days or more till closing happens!!! Everyone involved is livid and in financial hardship because of their incompetence.
