    My husband headstone was never delivered after it was paid for.

    Ordered my sons stone Feb 2022 and paid in full. Haven't heard back nor have they delivered the stone. Have all the emails and receipts from them and they have yet to achieve anything they promised. Deeply saddened this company ever existed.

    My father passed on 12/3/21 and we ordered his grave marker on 12/16/21 with full payment of $2,590. We were told Summer of 2022 for delivery. Documented follow-up calls on 7/29/22. 8/5/22, 11/4/22. 12/8/22, 3/8/23 just to list a few. Many other calls have been made. Many emails sent but started daily emails on 6/16/23. Main contact, ********, has turned it over to ******************* and now I'm receiving undeliverable emails from ******** so apparently, she is no longer there. ******************* did respond about a week ago saying she was going to check on it on 6/26. I've heard nothing since despite daily emails asking for a resolution. Have a family friend who has been waiting for over two years for their grave marker. We are currently at 19 months. It's been one excuse after another and now all communication has stopped. May proceed with legal filing soon. Buyer beware! This once highly respected company should no longer be considered reputable or reliable! Not even worth a one-star rating but I can't submit this without one.
