    I bought one these 410 guns it tore the shell apart when I shot it and it kicked so hard I fell down.i bought it on 10/19/2024.these are dangerouse I contacted ******* they dont seem to want to help I also contacted the gun company no answer.i dont think this company exists anymore.Beware of this company never received a phone call or a email from them. ******* ***

    bought a hatfield sas 12ga from ******** gun jammed on first shot brand new rite out of the box...company doesnt answer when i call email sent to there warranty department still unanswered buyer BEWARE!!!!!

    I purchased a 12g shotgun. Did not work out of the box. Contacted co and they claimed I did not file for warranty which I did. They refused to fix it or replace it and notified me they are out of business. Buyer be ware. Crap products!!!!

    The gun is great. Service is not. MY new shotgun barrel is scored most of the way down one side. After many tries, I finally got thru and customer service said theyd rush a new barrel out. It arrived with a choke installed, some rust on the outside and very dirty on the insidemore than my black powder rifle. After an hour of scrubbing with ****** and Bore Blaster, I got it fairly clean. Ive left voice mails, emails to no avail. Sit on hold for 15 minutes then it drops you.

    I bought 12 gauges over/under, worst gun ever, failed after 2 shots, extractor created so much friction that it damaged shell in under barrel. Customer support is absolutely terrible.

    I Purchased a 12 Gauge SAS semi-automatic in 2018. At first it would not automatically eject. I was 2 3/4-inch ************ shot. This particular shotgun can utilize 3" magnum heavy loads. The eject function can be controlled through tightening the barrel mechanism for light loads. Once this is done, then nothing more will need to be done except maintenance and cleaning occasionally. There is a rubber gasket that *** need to be replaced at some point. Fairly inexpensive! I would buy this shotgun again if necessary but there is no need to. It is an excellent all around shotgun!

    Bought a Hatfield 410 semi auto from ******* had a few problems at first then read loading instruction gun shot flawless also called customer service the i/c choke would not s**** in they sent me a new choke in 3 days you can't get better service then that great job thats why I give 5 stars
