      This company is calling people trying to get them to pay over the phone for radio advertisements. They are using "salute the troops" or "hire veterans" as a means to do so. When they called me i thought they may actually be a local radio station but i would never give someone money over the phone. I told them i would need some kind of documentation. They said they had to put it in the mail based on the law. They tried over and over again to try to get me to pay over the phone. I never received anything, then a week or so later I got another call asking for payment. I laughed and told them I never received anything they said they would email me which i never received. Today I got a got a phone call from them demanding payment and claiming they aired on a radio station and could produce sworn affidavits. These people need to be stopped.

      A sales representative reached out to ************************* on 05-31-24 to do radio commercials for a community awareness program on behalf of a military salute. We are contracted with the station to do all PSA announcements. The agreement was on a recorded line to air 3 commercials for Easy Renovations on 93.3, her local station. She was notified on a recorded line she would receive an invoice with a schedule for times and days of her commercials. They mention a follow up call in about a week or two to confirm she did receive the invoice and if any promos are available she would be notified from the billing department. In 2 weeks she did receive that call and was offered 1 free commercial if she was in position to pay for the invoice to get the free day. She mentioned she still never received it. We waited a few days and called again to see if it was received. We weren't able to get in contact with the few times we called that week. We called the following week to follow up, and supposedly it was never received but shows delivered by the post office. These situation can occur with the mail and has in the past. So when we spoke to the customer we asked for an email address where we can send her the invoice to expedite the process and she provided us with **********************************. We then offered the free day promotion if paid since it was still before the official due date on the invoice. The customer on a recorded line said she will rather just mail it in when due. That isn't a problem what's so ever. I have not spoken to the customer once and was never notified by the customer we had any problems in regards to this airing. This invoice came due 07-10-24 and all her messages were aired. Now all of the sudden we are a scam? This is a familiar pattern with the other few complaints we have had in the past. The services always rendered and then when it's time to pay everything on our end "is a scam". Not sure if it was a misunderstanding but to me it seems like buyers remorse. These messages indeed did air and I have the air check from the station that I uploaded to prove it. You can call the station and confirm this. We follow the *** guidelines and never charge anyone for messages that weren't agreed upon from the day of the sale. This invoice has not been paid for, yet the complaint is coming from the person that received free advertising. I will do all that I can to come to any type of agreement with the customer to resolve this but we are not a scam. Please feel free to contact me if you wish.

      I was contacted about running an ad showing support for military veterans with my business name attached to the ad. I was happy to show my support I spent 650 for 1 time a day on the air. The company didn't deliver. Now I'm out 650 bucks. Don't fall victim to the same scam I did.

      This I paid this company $275 to have my ad reads during a toy drive on **** on 12/7 and 12/8. I listened all morning during the toy drive during the **** time slot I was told, the ad was never played. I contacted them and asked for an exact time for the next day and was told 215pm by ************** listened from *******, and was told to tune in ************************ case, and the ad was never played again. I contacted them for a refund since my ad was never read and was told that a refund would be difficult because the money is already distributed to other places. I said thats not my problem, you didnt provide the service I paid for. Since I have contacted them numerous times, I have been told they will send me an MP3 copy of my ad and original phone call to the sales staff, never happened. Texting with the sales staff today, I requested the MP3s again and was told that they have already sent them, which they didnt. They the went on to tell me The entire staff has accommodated ********************* with extra announcements, an air check, and more.. They have never read my ad in the air. This company has a track record for this. Searching this site and ****** is a real eye opener that I wish I saw before I committed money to this scam. They couldnt be more unprofessional and should be ashamed of themselves for doing this to small businesses. Will $275 break my business?? No, but, I would have rather flat out donated that money directly to the cause than have these guys steal my money. Please, owners of small businesses, do research before you ever give out advertising money. One search of this company could have saved a LOT of people money. Please, BBB, do something about this business.

      I see I'm yet another person who got scammed by believing my ad would be run and yet it wasn't. Avoid this company like the plague, they claimed to have ran my ad that none of me, or any of my employees/friends could hear. And yes we tuned in multiple days to multiple channels they showed on the invoice. It's disgusting that they say it's for troops and then not air it. I've been harassed by 27 phone calls now, each time I state I need proof of airing to be willing to pay and haven't recieved a recording or saved air log to date. They also aren't able to tell me how many (if any) listeners were on the channel which is commonly available with all radio frequencies. Today I got a call threatening legal action over $500. I've stated for months if they supply what I'm asking I will pay, but at this point I'm just going to wait for court. My lawyer has all the information required, and has taken to gathering previous case examples/complaints just Incase they make good on their threats. Very unprofessional and absolute disrespect for business owners and military service members. I look forward to our legal case and counter suit

      Good morning,

      This order took place back in Nov 2022. The customer agreed to air his business for the month of Dec 26th through Dec 31st ****. We contact all customers prior to the air dates to make sure they have obtained the invoice and schedule. We spoke with this customer a few times prior to it airing and had no issues. When the invoice came due, after the ads aired, the customer was hanging up on the billing department when they called for payment. Not once did the customer mention anything about messages not airing nor anything about tuning in and not being able to hear the messages. We run all protocols based on the *** guidelines. These messages aired 100% and I also attached an affidavit with an aircheck that was provided from the radio station to prove it. Unfortunately, this is a pattern for non paying customers that tend to lean towards hoping they have a way out of not paying and getting services free of charge. This customer could've easily contacted us or the station to confirm all of this. Instead the customer was hanging up on us as well as playing like he couldn't hear us when we called for payment. All of our calls are monitored and or recorded for quality assurance. We outsource past due invoices past 90 days. In this case this was outsourced to a 3rd party to collect. Please if you any questions and or would like to resolve this I will be more than happy to work out a payment plan if that is the problem.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      This is entirely false. They called me personal phone multiple times a day, I have them the number for our accounts payable to discuss with them as I work in the field with clients all day and their behavior is not appropriate. My A/P department asked multiple times for proof of airing, before getting this fake affidavit. We maintain multiple adverts with radios, television, and billboards and ALWAYS pay our bills so long as we have evidence it actually happened. This affidavit was examined by our businesses lawyers who said this is not at all and affidavit, it is missing the signature of the person swearing, and is missing the official stamps, and signature of court appointed person who can administer the oath. I attached what a real affidavit looks like, what they supplied anyone with a computer could type up in 5 minutes or less. They asked for months for documents to prove the airing occurred since no one heard it and we like to video all of our ads, which is why they declared non-payment until evidence was supplied

      I'm not sure why what number someone is calling you from would matter. As long as they identify the business or company they are representing and the reason why they are reaching out. I figured you would have an issue with the aircheck that was sent from the station. Not because it's fake but that's the next rebuttal a non paying customer would have. It is very simple you can have your attorney or anyone you like to simply call the station and forward them what I attached to the BBB. Let's just get to the bottom of this. My simple question is when the station confirms all of this, will you pay your bill? If you like we can even 3 way the station with you or your attorney. I have no problem with any of this. We have nothing to hide and this is 100% legit. Please reach out and let me know.

      Calling once or twice is fine, but when you are given updated contact numbers for a department that handles all of that proceeding to call me multiple times a day for weeks is unacceptable. The attorney has reached out to the radio station, who had choice words about your organization that I will not disclose here. We are past the point of negotiating on this, your constant insults and claiming we are a non-paying customer because of us requesting proof of the airing. Instead you keep bsing your way through it hopping from accusation to accusation. Should've just sent the requested information before trying to send a fake affidavit and trying to con us into paying. Either accept the loss and move on, or be prepared to lose more. You had plenty of opportunities to make your money by providing simple documents literally every other advertising company can get us in 10 minutes.

      They claimed to run a business ad thanking veterans and their families for their service. I paid $260 on March 6, 2023for 3 airings of the ad for April 10, 12, 14. My ads never ran. I've tried to resolve this issue by contacting the lady that contacted me about paying. **********.There are other claims on BBB and ****** reviews stating similar situations and this is a scam. I'd like a refund and for these people to stop scamming people.

      We run all ads and follow the *** guidelines. The ************************************************ interstate and international communications by radio, television, wire, satellite, and cable in all 50 ******, ************************ and **** territories. No way ever do we tell customers they will be airing and not run them. We also provided this customer with an aircheck from the station with the exact times and days they aired. We also provided an mp3 (a recording of the message that went live) which we covered on our end just to satisfy this customer. I have attached the air check as well as the mp3 provided from the radio station. I don't understand how we provide all this information to the customer and still they make false claims that we are a scam? This customer is simply trying to get free airtime. These messages aired! Please call me if you like to discuss this.

      I am rejecting this response because: the "aircheck" has nothing to match it to as far as the air times. Anyone could forge this with a simple Excel or Word table. The audio mp3 clip does not sound real. It sounds fabricated from any human voice generated program such as Speechify, Fiverr, Voice Generator, etc. They have multiple negative reviews with strikingly similar complaints on ****** and BBB about ads that never aired. I listened to all 3 air times, on the correct listed station and never once did the shows make a single mention of thanking veterans. I have my own recording of the Friday air date since it was NOT aired on the previous 2 dates. I then reviewed my recording, cross referenced with the "aircheck" and there's absolutely no mention of this ad they claim to have aired. No, this is not to get free airtime. This is to make aware this is a scam to others. If you're able to get a 30 second clip, then you should be able to furnish the entire hour segment to prove that audio clip is not fabricated.

      The mp3 recording has nothing to do with the on air read. The air check does. Federal law generally prohibits radio broadcasts without a license issued by the **** You can ************** your local radio station and confirm with them the messages airing times and days and you will be advised the air check is 100% correct. It comes from the station. Instead you would like to make false statements on BBB. Why not just call ** and 3 way the radio station and ask whatever question you have? Are you deliberately avoiding the station who ran your messages? I don't understand what else to provide you more then what the stations air check. This is not and never was a scam! Please do not compare your generic complaint with the others that were trying to dodge paying their invoice. These messaged aired and we provided the proof. I even mentioned calling the radio station together so you "hear it from the horses mouth". We will be more than happy never to contact you for any future ads but again these messages aired.

      Last week I received several phone calls from paramount advertising asking if I was interested in running in AD on 94.1FM radio station to support Vets. I told them maybe I would be interested if they can send me an invoice so I can prove they are legit. I receive an invoice and a call to collect payment. I again told them I need to prove they were legit. and to contact me the next day. I called the the radio station and they said they do not currently or ever use an outside company to solicit for advertising and they were not running any daily ads to support VETs specifically.

      The customer, ******* was contacted by a sales representative on 04-14-23 and agreed to come on board as a sponsor for a military support campaign airing 3 days on 94.1FM WJJO radio station. We have every call monitored and or recorded for quality assurance. ******* did mention she was afraid to pay over the phone due to scams. The sales representative agreed to invoice her as long as she's  giving ** the 100% okay to schedule her. She also spoke with the sales manager who jumped on the call to verify all the information from the campaign to the number of messages she was agreeing to pay after she receives the invoice. The second call she received a week or 2 later was from the billing side. ** is the billing representative that calls and welcomes the customer on board and makes sure the customer received the invoice and schedule as discussed. She offered a promotion since ******* is a first time customer as a thank you for helping out if the customer was in position to pay that same day. The official due date on the invoice was 6-07-23 which is the week after the show is over and off the air. I'm not sure who the customer reached out to at the station, however if the customer doesn't ask for our contact person we have the agreement with then they would not know who my company is. The person at the station she should've and still can ask for is *********************. He would've easily explained we are a 3rd party who they work with for all public safety announcements and community awareness programs. I tried to get a  hold of ******* but she wasn't in last couple days. I would love to talk and clear up any misunderstandings.

      I have purchased an ad from Paramount Advertising, and to be honest I am very disappointed in something I have heard from their own mouths. So I have purchased from them in the past and have always had the hopes that my information would be secure. I have been contacted by another company that has my information and the commercial they had created down to a Tee. So I get solicited from this other company within a day or two of being contacted by Paramount. So this other company is calling to confirm my ad and it sounds identical and without me knowing that it is in fact 2 different companies calling me I now have double the charges.The gentleman I spoke to today from Paramount informed me that the are apparently in a law suit with a former employee who STOLE their customer base and started their own company. So my information and dates are somehow now out there to the company that STOLE. I now have a bill from both companies. I do these ads prom Paramount because they are supposedly run to benefit a charity. I want Paramount to demand the this other company stop using my information and I want Paramount to pay my invoice to the other company. I will pay the remaining balance to Paramount after they provide me with an apology for leaking my information, I want tighter security for all customers information in the future, I would like to see an attempt to make the other company using Paramounts customer base to be legally ordered to stop. I looked back now and this happened to me from the other company one time last year also. I feel Paramount was careless and cost me around $1,000 in costs due to the company they allowed to gain access to my information and a copy of my ad. I look forward to a response from Paramount. I would like to see my complaint go noticed and I want an appropriate action taken

      In response to ****************** complaint: ****************** has been a customer of ********************************************* and Lead Soutions for a number of years and we are very sorry to hear that he has been taken advantage of by another company.  We take our customer information very seriously, however, in this day and age of technology, it is difficult to protect the basic information that anyone can ****** a client of ours.  We were made aware that there was an occassion a specific former employee took pictures with his phone of scripts we had written on behalf of our client.    The individual in question has not worked for us for over three years and even though our attorney's sent both the individual and the company he works for "Cease and Desists letters", the courts state you can not stop him from making a living.   

      That said, there was no confidential information compromised; campaign scripts are not confidential although we do lock them up each evening. 

      We are very sorry that this has happened and we will remove our balance due of $448.00 from Mr. ********* account.  We can not pay another company's invoice.  I will have our office restrict ********************** account so he will not be contacted in the future by Paramount Advertising and Lead Solutions.

      I hired them to advertise my business for $400 on the radio. My commercial never played on the agreed upon times. I then received a call from the duck radio that I was advertising on to that paramount was scamming me for money, that they are not honest about their advertising and they offered me free radio play so that I understood they do not work with a company like paramount anymore and how sorry they were for initially working with a company like that. Now paramount is calling my phone ***** times a day back to back to back calling me names and being very rude to me. I want them to stop calling and stop scamming people out of hard earned money.

      This customer agreed on ******** to air 3 community safety messages for Boss Tree Experts LLC on *****, *****, and 09-16-22. Paramount invoiced the customer with the amount to be due in mid Sept of 2022. Our billing center also reached out to the customer to make sure they did indeed receive the invoice. This invoice provides the frequency, the schedule, the campaign they came on board for as well as our call back number for any additional questions the customer may have. We never received one call in regards to any problems or concerns. The customer received a 2nd invoice the week of the show airing with the due date again being the week after the show is over and off the air. The schedule is a ROS, which means the station doesn't give us a specific airing time they instead provide a block between 6AM-9PM which is provided on the invoice as well. The customer could've contacted us if she was trying to tune in to hear the message live on the air and we could've asked the station if any way possible to narrow it down to a couple of hours or so, this way it would be easier to catch the messages. All we ever heard from the customer was she mailed the check out already and this conversation happened between her and my call center. The customer obviously never mailed anything, instead claims they contacted the station and they notified them we are a scam. This is just non sense. What I did after seeing this post by the customer was put in a request with the station to obtain an air check or affidavit from them to provide the proof the messages did indeed air abiding by the *** and aired no earlier and later than the time block on her invoice. I received this document just today morning and I am attaching above for everyone to see these messages aired. Now lets see if this customer calls in and pays this past due invoice since Sept 2022.

      Beware! I have been contacted for payment for an ad that did not run. I have recordings of the airtimes and it was not ran. I have reached out to get information to the radio stations legal department as well as requested the contact information for Paramounts legal department. Neither will provide me with the info. ***************** the billing manager is extremely unprofressional. There are several other BBB reports that support and suggests this company is scamming people. ******************* who also works for the company threatened me with a lawsuit. After such threat, I requested contact info for the legal department. Again to no avail. If there is no resolve, I will pay the money to retain an attorney. To that end, what I will be seeking will be significantly larger than the invoice. To include legal fees as well. I will make sure that no one has to deal with harrassing calls for services they did not receive. It is also worth noting that no one has asked for the recordings. I am requesting the invoice be made null.

      I called ****** earlier today in regards to a dispute between her and a collection agency that collects on our delinquent accounts. The email stated the customer hasn't paid this past due debt since the beginning of April due to her belief her messages for her business never aired. She was so rude from the very beginning and didn't want to hear anything I had to say .I advised her I'm only calling her back because I was trying to provide the proof from the radio station that her messages indeed aired on the exact times and days we provided on her schedule back in the beginning of March. She said she contacted the station and someone at the station claims they don't know who we are. I advised her I attached the proof with an affidavit which is an air check of the exact times provided by the station and the contact person who we are contracted with and she can call and verify this with them. She refused to do so. Before she hung up on me she was threating me with her attorney and contacting the attorney general. After this very disturbing conversation I contacted the station and everything she said was a lie. The radio station said the customer called them prior to us and did the same exact thing with the threats after they provided her the proof as well. This is another example of shady business tactics where certain people try to get something for free. I am attaching the proof from the station with the exact times and days her business aired.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      Everything in the company's response is untruthful. An invoice is not an affidavit and I have audio recordings of the air times listed in the invoice and the ad did not air. I have been in business for over 16 years and licensed in two states and have never had an issue with an advertising company. Previous complaints about the same issue should let the public know the problem is with the company. If there is no resolve here, I will be filing a complaint with the states ************************ and I will be forwarding every single complaint listed with the bbb as supporting evidence. I always pay for services rendered and this invoice is a complete fraud. The company needs to adjust this balance to 0.

      I will remove this account from our data base and **** the invoice with a 0 dollar amount and we will just take the loss on the amount we paid to air the messages. This person will no longer get any calls nor invoices moving forward. Just want to mention again, this person called the radio station and was provided proof with an air check that I uploaded in the last reply abiding by the *** guidelines these messages indeed aired and she had the nerve to call the traffic lady at the station a liar. I have never in the 25 years ever heard of a listener calling the station and being provided with the proof that the messages aired and was given the exact time to the second of when it went on the air and still pretend like it never happened. Unfortunately some people try to get things for free. In this case this customer succeeded. We will cease and desist all contact with this person.
