    The cost of the Lexie hearing aids was substantially below what I was quoted at a professional hearing center. Being a senior citizen and living on a fixed income, the value of the Lexie aid was fair, and the pair works adequate.

    I purchased the Lexie B2 plus hearing aides from Costco and have been very happy with them. The Costco pack came with an amazing assortment of closed and open cones and filters allowing me to find the perfect fit. I love the charging case and it even continues to charge them when it’s unplugged which is great for weekend trips. I have found the customized setting where you take a hearing test wearing the aides to be the best setting in most scenarios which tells me it is a good measure of my hearing needs. The hearing aides are good quality and fit much like my Phonak ones did. The app is easy to use and I like that I can choose preset settings or select specific things to change such as direction of focus, loudness, bass/treble, and I can make one ear louder or softer than the other. The only feature I don’t use is the Bluetooth setting to play things from my phone through the hearing aides as it gets distorted easily from wax in my ears. Overall I would highly recommend these hearing aides.

    I sent in my hearing aids in to get a estimate what it would cost to fix. They have said they will get back to me for 4 months. I've called 4 times. Very bad service.

    the people at the ************************* are the most patient and polite people i have ever had the pleasure to speak with .***** Mmakola was my first contact. I have spent many hours talking to her since September. She has been a wonderful teacher and a delightful person to speak with. I want to wish her a happy birthday. Today i spoke with ***** and Jasmine. ***** and ***** also helped me 2 weeks ago . All knowledgeable polite and very helpful. I am always happy with the genuine concern of every one in this office. ****** the office manager also. There have been others sorry not to mention them by name. Thank you all even those that first answer the call. With sincere gratitude ***** *****

    No stars. Hearing aids sent to Lexie for repairs. Paid fee. Hearing aids returned to me but no change in status. Not working and could not use. Returned to Lexie at their request. Have made numerous attempts to contact Lexie support. Now, almost two months later and counting, no word from Lexie. Lexie has my hearing aids and fee paid for repairs.

    ******** product and a deceptive company. If you buy a hearing aid from this company they will automatically sign you up for their service plan without your knowledge or consent and when you try to cancel it they tell you someone will call you back from their financial department but no one ever called. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges.

    Worst company I have ever done business with in my life. I am a nurse in surgery. Ordered the Bose Lexie HA so I could hear the surgeon better in surgery. Received them and opened instruction manual for set up. Right there it says that they are not to be used in an oxygen rich environment. I work in an extremely oxygen rich environment so I never put them in my ears once, just boxed them up to send back. I had to emergently move because my dad was dying and the box ended up in storage where I couldnt get to them for many months to send back. I had to leave the job I was in to cats for my dad so my HSA card was cancelled so I couldnt make the remaining payments so I drove 4 hrs to storage to retrieve them to return. Lexie has been harassing me by email and text for months, demanding that I pay the balance on the *** which I had already sent back to them. They even acknowledge that they received my return but insist that I owe the balance because I kept the unused HA too long. Their customer service agents are foreign and very difficult to understand and they read from a script. I told them I was not paying for a product that I am NOT in possession of and never used. They are also trying to charge an old debit card for some monthly subscription that was never explained about. I dont even know what its for. Today I get an email and text from them demanding the balance again and telling me they have sent my account to collections for my refusal to pay for a product that is not in my possession. They are willing to destroy my credit over a product that is not in my possession. I dont even know what kind of attorney I should talk to about this. I am ready to take legal action but that would probably cost more than the balance they claim that I owe. These people are utterly horrible and crooked as h*** and they are going to get away with this and destroy my credit.

    Excellent quality and value. As good or better than my oticon hearing aids costing 2000+. The customer service is excellent and when I had a problem they resolved it very quickly over the phone. I strongly recommend them.
