    I could tell that my hearing was slipping and that I needed to do something, but didnt want to spend $3500 at the big box store to do so. I saw a TV commercial for Lexie hearing aids, powered by ****. I thought the commercial was a little cheesy, but was intrigued by the story of Bose, the masters of sound amplification, connected with a software company in Lexie. The partnership made good sense to me, so I purchased Lexie B2 Plus hearing aids on ****** for just under $1000. The startup was simple,and I was very impressed that the app and hearing aids conducted a legit hearing test,and then set the settings to provide the best hearing based on test results. I was very happy with my new hearing. So happy, that I didnt read all the literature that came with my aids. After about 6 weeks, the right aid quit working. I was afraid I had made a mistake, but a quick call to the Lexie **************** line resolved my issue. There is a small wax guard in the ear piece that is to be replaced monthly, and when I did so with their help, my aids were good as new. After that, I changed the wax guards about monthly or when I saw a change in my hearing. After I had the aids for 14 months, my left aid quick working, even after changing the wax guard. I called the **************** line and found out that the little wires need replacing annually. I went to the website and ordered replacements for both, which were easy to install. My wife was able to upgrade her prescription hearing aids and get insurance coverage for them, but her copay was still twice what I paid for the Lexie aids, and I am happier with mine that she is with hers.     I purchased my LEXIE Plus hearing aides approximately a month ago. I have worn them regularly since and have been very pleased. I was told by two audiologists that over-the-counter hearing aides would serve me well as my hearing loss wasn't severe yet. I have been very pleased with the cost, the initial support getting started with the hearing aides and getting connected to my Apple devices. They have been great !!!!!

    My experience with the Lexie B2 plus has been positive after one year's use. Im very happy with it. I have mild hearing loss and these work great for me. I was already familiar with Bose as I own their noise canceling headphones. I had no trouble adjusting to them plus I love the app which helps me adjust and control my hearing for different situations. I definitely recommend Lexie B2 plus as a hearing aid. Now I don't miss out on what's going on with my family and friends!

    Ive been using my Lexie hearing aids for 18 months, the quality is excellent, the price was very reasonable and the customer service has been very professional and extremely helpful. Im very impressed by this company.

    ****'s support team is excellant. I recieved my hearing aids promptly after ordering them. I recently had a problem with them, contacted ****, and they replaced them no questions asked. I appreciate an excellant support team. They are definatly a cut above. Anyone who is investigating hearing aids, I would highly reccomend **** products.

    These high tech, low cost hearing aids have been a lifesaver! They ****** independence and make me feel connected to the world again. I especially love streaming podcasts through them. Great tech support, all around game changer.

    My ********** hearing aids are excellent! The sound is easy to adjust to fit the environment, the charge lasts longer than the 12 hours that are advertised, and the customer service support has been great.

    The Lexie B2plus hearing aids are great. The only issue I've had is that they do not properly connect to my cell phone, so I only hear a minimal amount of sound through one of the hearing aids if I try to connect them to hear phone calls through them. Thankfully I can just use them to take ot make calls regularly, although it would be great to be able to take calls through the hearing aids. Likewise I cannot connect the hearing aids to my Eko app for my stethescope, so I'm unable to hear the stethescope through my hearing aids. Luckily I'm still able to use the stethescope regular with the ear pieces, so overall I'm pretty pleased with them. And someone reached out from support to ensure I was satisfied & that they're working well & even has sent me complimentary accessories, so I can't wait for those to arrive!
